I have been practicing massage therapy for over five years and have been instructing yoga for 9. My studies began in India and furthered here in Canada and California.
I am currently in another yoga training course and a 500hr yoga teachers training to complete my 700hrs. I work with everyone from very beginner to advanced and if you’re curious about an Ayurvedic lifestyle I can provide that too.
Whatever you need to increase your mental and physical well-being I am here to provide it for you.
