A EUROPEAN SPA MASSAGE is a full body session using classic Swedish techniques. The focus is on relaxation and creating a blissful experience with soft lighting and soothing music.
Sessions last 1 hour, 90 minutes or 2 hours. Afterward, remove any remaining oil with a hot shower or hot towel with lavendar foam soap. Customize your massage with these options:
REMEDIAL and/or RELAXATION TECHNIQUES Remedial techniques use more pressure, to minimize or eliminate tension knots from your shoulders, neck, back, hips, glutes, legs and feet.
Relaxation techniques use medium pressure to light touch. Both are delivered with a healing approach.
PRESSURE & TOUCH PREFERENCES 'A variety of pressures' means the therapist uses the right amount of pressure required to alleviate muscle tension, or you may indicate a preference for 'deep tissue' or 'light touch.'
CHOOSE HOW TO USE YOUR TIME When your massage is 90 min or 2 hrs, divide your session with choices such as:
