Four people were charged with felony engaging in organized crime Tuesday, in the culmination of an eight-month investigation by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Office.


A sheriff’s office press release says the investigation began in July, when officials received word of illicit sexual activity occurring at two city massage parlors: Bloom 88 at 3811 Kentucky 54; and East Spa at 3115 Commonwealth Dr.
