$5 to use the shower?! WTF?!?!

Well wrestling fans....

Rosie's not too pleased right now.
Went to that place at 25 Glenwatford Drive since the back's been acting up b/c of all the hours spent on the computer.
They advertise massage special is $25 for 30 mins between 10am - 12pm.
Rosie was just down the street so figured, why not go to get the kinks out.
Rosie's led to the room by mamasan, at this point Rosie inquires whether or not the special still applies (it was 11:50am) to which mamasan seems abit dissappointed, or even dismayed...
Now keep in mind, Rosie wasn't insisting, just asking if it still applies (Rosie was more than willing to pay the $40 for 30 mins since the back was wrecked).
Mama takes the money and sends in the lady that Rosie asked for (two birds sitting on the main couch when Rosie arrived, Rosie chooses the long-haired one).
Now here's the first kicker: Rosie likes to have a fresh shower just before getting the massage ALWAYS... Tell the mamasan that I'm gonna shower up, to which she replies, "Shower's not part of the $25 special."
Rosie, perplexed, says 'pardon'. Mama says it's $5 for shower. No problem says Rosie.
Wash down all the parts so everything's nice and clean....
In the room with the lady now. At this point, Rosie always makes a point to clarify the begining time and end time of the massage with the MPA.
Rosie's all fcuk'd up when she says, and Rosie quotes, "Only have 20mins left since you took shower for about 10 mins."
WTF?!?!?!
Why is Rosie being made to feel like I'm trying to rip them off?!
They made the special price themselves! Rosie had nothing to do with it!
Rosie laughs it off and says 'whatever'.
The massage was not great, but the back was about 89% satisfied.
No attempt was ever made to provide a sentual massage at all; it was all business.
If they are gonna get upset when someone, innocently goes for something they offer, then perhaps they should have the special deal....YA THINK?!
As Rosie drove off, all I could think was that the MPA was soft in all the right places. Maybe Rosie would have liked a HJ from her but she didn't even try to put the offer on the table.
That would have really sucked big, hairy balls if Rosie had gone in there with the intention of a massage and a release!!!
There's been other places over the years with similar deals. They have never had a problem when a customer decides to take them up on their promotion.
This was Rosie's 3rd outing to this place, and Rosie's last.
The first time was okay (had a rather plump 19 year old named Michelle who did okay), but the last two visits have left Rosie with the most sour taste in the mouth from the poor experiences.

Alicia tells me that when she has the reduced rate before noon, then some guys want to take l-o-n-g showers (or two) that she makes NOTHING after the landlord gets his cut. They set the special price not the client and they should have mentioned the fee for shower time up front. The alternate would be a client who gets the special rate and is not clean essentially a cheap and dirty client due to their own special rate.
We know a business has to make money but price your specials so you can make money, don't make the client feel they are ripping you off just because they are using your special offer. Its not the clients fault they want to be clean and pay the advertised special rate.
This place has had a mix of reviews. Small rooms with paper thin walls and not being able to select your attendant were complaints in the past. Now someone uses their special rate and gets to feel like he's ripping them off even though they set the rate, doesn't appear to give them a good standing.

I kind of agree with my2cents on this one. However, the lady should have at least mentioned the time reduction for showering or at least posted it somewhere that could be easily seen. I would think, however, that from the MPA's point of view, it might have been a good thing to have the client shower first anyway. Perhaps if possible, in the future, the owner, may wish to invest in a larger hot water tank. Sometimes you need to invest money to make money. That is my story, and I am sticking to it.

Just for clarification...Rosie was only in the shower for 4-5 minutes, but wasn't going to argue the point. Why bother?

Second, the place was empty!!!
It was dead!!!
You could hear a fart's fart in that place!
No one came in the whole time Rosie was there, and no one came as Rosie was leaving.

If I understand this, soem idiot would pay the (reduced) door fee at an MPA, then take a 30 minute shower, and walk out, and feel happy. That's one expensive and lonely shower.

I do understand that the room fee is for the room and so the 30 minute rental is regardless of whether time is spent in the shower or not. I also agree that having a shower before and after the massage is good for all: hygiene, discretion etc. But what idiot would want an extra long shower? What are we there for anyway?

I can't understand all of this, I personaly have been there a few times myself [Rosie, you may know this} and everytime I was there all my expertations were serviced fully, I haven't been for a few months but the same lady seems to run the place, one of two things may have happened, she had LE problems OR YOU GUYS ALL LOOK LIKE COPS HAHAHAHA

The perplexing thing's that Rosie's stature does not, in any way (well maybe the muscular build) resemble that of LE.

well, Rosie can only speak about Rosie's own experience(s) at 25 glen watford. 2 very bad experiences out of 3 visit's is enuff for Rosie to delete any knowledge of this place from the mind.

IMO, no shower - no way I stay!! I think the cops should close down the dumps that create a health risk to all parties - including the MPAs. Unfortunately, they spend their time with raids on clean, successful and noticeable MPs (like Blue Pearl) - because a politian's wife is upset with her husband's extra charity donations.

It's yours truly JimmyWangYang. When mamasan said $5 extra for shower, you should have offered mamasan to come to your place for a shower for only $2.50, dang 50% off. Not that I know any asian MP, I'm a redneck.

If the lady said 20 minutes left on your session because you took a 10 minute shower, you should've added 15 more minutes in your session, she asks "WHY!!!????" You say, " Because you talk too much Bullshit, yeeeehaw!"
