600 pesos for bar girls?

You know I was thinking about this last time I was in La Coahuila and actually all the time I'm in HK or AB and in my house. I'm like suppose I get shitty service or maybe not that but the chica gets a mood swing upstairs and doesn't deliver as promised. Who the hell do I complain to? The mesero, manager, owner? How can I get a hold of him? It would be kind of pointless to complain to the chica if she caused the whole thing.

I've read in many places that bg's will give you better service than sg's and won't rob you because they earn good money and is not in their best interest to do this. Yep they should come with satisfaction guaranteed. Or at least they should have a complain box in the clubs. Until then we only have mpnet and our personal black list to fight back.

At Costco or Eddie Bauer, both companies guarantee your satisfaction with the purchased product or you can return the item for a 100% refund, no questions asked.

I wish this customer service applied in Zona Norte. Girl promises the world and delivers nothing. She only lies in bed like a dead fish and we get a refund.

However it doesn't. Therefore, the working girls can charge whatever they want to whoever they want in whatever currency they want. If they wanted Euros, they would get euros.

Our only "satisfaction guaranteed" policy is the power of the purse. We can decline their demand. Discuss their services on this board and hopefully learn from our mistakes.

Until we set up a 1-800 number for disgruntled mongers, we can only resort to mpnet.

I did once for 500 pesos. We chatted, a drink, upstairs, I paid after, she said nothing. This was after business collapsed and the girls were complaining that they went from $400 a night to $100.

Business' have the option of making their own conversion. Normally they are close to the real conversion, but not always. Prieto parking lot is at 14 to 1...you are not going to find a bar or hotel exchanging at 12.1...they will normally do 12. 0 or 11.5 or 12.5 at todays exchange rate.

Chicas don't even try to have their own exchange rate for the most part. Everyone pays different and you just negotiate...ie. a chica might do 3 dates for 30 minutes in a bar, and one guy pays $50, the other $60 and the third $70....you quote a price in pesos or dollars and she will accept it or ask for more. Normally you will get you best price quoting pesos...Many will except $500 pesos which is a bit more than $40 and if you pay $600 pesos, it is nearly $50.....now you will have a tough time getting a chica to accept $40 for 30 minutes, but the same chica may take $500 pesos....which is not much more but SOUNDS like a lot more.

Hope this makes some sense, but it is the way it is.

Then these are set prices? Because currently currency exchange rates are 1 USD:12.450MXN. That would make 12: 149.40 Pesos and 15: 186.75 Pesos.

Conversion rate at HK and AB is 12 peso to 1 dollar. So HK charges $15 or 180pesos. AB charges $12 or 144 pesos. I have pesos in my left pocket and dollars in my right pocket.

For those guys that pay with Pesos. How much do the rooms cost? 200 Pesos for HK? And 150 Pesos for AB? That's my guess. Cheaper or more expensive?

I'm really thinking about using Pesos the next time I'm down there or at least going hybrid. The only thing that worries me is if the chica sees a dollar bill and gives me bad service because she thinks I tried to con her. That would be the irony.

A few weeks ago this HK girl asked $80 and I said $60. She countered with $70, and I still said $60. We were quiet for a while, then I said no thanks and walked. By the way, I had already bought her 1 or 2 drinks.

More than half of bar girls accept even 500 peso. Some of them even stay 1 hour just 500 peso. There are no fixed prices. just consider bar girls as priceline.com. Name your own price.

I haven't tried ATM machines in TJ, but I have used ATM in another country with a Bank of America ATM card. Not only do they charge you 1-2%, but they also charge another flat fee on the order of ~$5. Depending on how much you withdraw, you can be automatically down a few perceneforum.xxxe points right off the bat. Thanks for the info on the peso cambios place at San Ysidro. If I ever get to changing for pesos, I'll be sure to go there first.

The funny part is that I ask a lot of borderline chicas if they want to go upstairs. I ask how low they will go and I don't care much about their answers but if they have a great attitude and say they will kiss I will usually take those upstairs.

Normally, the best places to change dollars to pesos is in San Ysidro. If you drive down I-5, exit on Via de San Ysidro. Make a left under the freeway and turn right at San Ysidro Boulevard which is just as you pass under the freeway. After you pass underneath I-805, look for the corner where there are about 5 different money exchange places. The street is called Border Village Road. That is where I have usually found the best exchange rates. There are other mongers who report that their banks give them to best exchange rates via the ATM machines in Tijuana but I have never tried this technique. (I am fairly sure that the banks charge a 1% to 2% or more foreign transaction fee so I doubt how good a deal they are really getting.)

There's no harm in making an offer of 600 pesos. Maybe try it on girls that you borderline want to take up, so if she says no, who cares. I even heard of some dude offering a bar chica (~ 7 scale) $40 and she went with it. I was surprised. By the way, he got a good session too, so it's not all about the money, but it's more about the chica.
