A few questions...

This is a question for the ladies please.
I am seriously debating working as a massage parlour attendant to pay for school. However i know absolutely nothing about how much i can make daily/weekly? Would one of you kindly provide me with information on how much i could possibly be looking at? Min/Max? And any other details you may think relevant? I am looking at going to one of the top places.Thank you so much, and you can private message me if you like.

Your income will really depend on a lot of factors. As a new attendant you sorta have to pay your dues... It might take awhile before you reach your full potential. You have to develop a repeat clientelle; treat every client you see as best you can and be yourself... Regular clients who have you on their list of favourites and book appointments are what keeps a busy girl financially stable during slow times when other girls are sitting and waiting for a client to walk-in.

The max and min really varies. I have seen girls (even at the top spas), go home with nothing (it's rare but it does happen). I've seen girls go home with well-over a G on a good day.

Just so you know... it's not as scary as you probably think. Reading massageplanet.net is a good way to familiarize yourself with the protocol, where to work, what to do (and not do). I learned a lot from massageplanet.net (actually I found out about massage by stumbling accross massageplanet.net accidently lol). massageplanet.net is not the be-all-and-end-all. Not all clients are on here... But if you take things that are said with a grain of salt... it can be an awesome resource for you.

If and when you decide to give it a "go"... be nice to your co-workers and ask for help. Admittedly, not every girl will jump on the chance to help the competition lol... but there are always girls who will give you tips and some will even go out of their way to give you advice. No matter what you learn - from clients, from girls, or from massageplanet.net... only do what you are comfortable with - adjust the suggestions to suit your style, and be yourself.

MPAsquared will surely jump in here =) She's a pretty awesome chica, a superstar MPA, and she's a good one to go to for advice as well.

In my early-days, my co-workers weren't exactly welcomming to me... I know how it feels to be lost and I've always tried to help out girls who needed or wanted advice. If you have any questions, feel-free to ask

Jennifer is correct with everything she stated,,,however, there are some factors which may help to your benefit ie. Attractiveness and personality. If you are polite with every potential client that walks through the door, as well as have a physical appealing attribute this will intrigue a client into wanting to try the 'new talent'. You never know--you may have luck out at first and gain regular clientel right away, but nothing is given as to a min/max set up.

To be honest....

Some girls end up walking away with less money than they started their shift. (Driver fees, etc)

Some girls are capable of earning 4 figures in a day.

Your best bet is to start at a well reviewed spa and depending on the area you are in, it could be one of many.

If you wish, you can pm me for advice on which spas have good management running it and I'll let you know. There are certain places to be avoided as well and others require licenses which all cost money to get started. If you have the appeal that the spa is looking for, they may assist you in getting your license.

Never ever do anything you are uncomfortable with and never ever let any clients intimidate you with threats of a bad review or asking for more in exchange for a good review.

Cordelia...same thing from me....pm me if you need help finding a good contact to start...Obviously looks and personality go hand in hand, thats a given...Jenn's advice is bang on...we dont like tot alk #'s here on massageplanet.net...but income can vary...I've known girls at Top Spas that give shitty sessions barely make a dollar. I've seen mediocre girls at top spas make a killing. I've seen hidden beauties at 2nd tier spas make more $$ than any top spa girl could. Its all about YOU!

Never cross lines of personal value. Dont break rules. Be nice to the staff. Stay out of the drama. Keep your head on straight and ur mind in the gutter and you should do ok!! LOL
