Just saw this post on the red board and I thought you'd all get a kick out of it. Also important for anyone who Googles this girls name and is thinking about booking.
TLDR: She took a 2000 deposit, went for dinner and took the other 5000 for the rest of an overnight but then just bounced during the dinner. Blamed the client for giving her warts.

Hello All,
Firstly I'd like to start by saying this is a very difficult post - I thought about not posting but hope what I have to share will help and advise others. I have shared screenshots to provide colour and additional context to the post.
The context:
1) Booking and deposit:
On February 14th, I booked what would have been my 3rd appointment with Anna Evans for Saturday March 9th . The date was to start by us having a drink at my place, head out for dinner at a downtown restaurant, and then continue back to my place to have a full overnight with FS/PSE/sleep. The booking and appointment was all set with a $2000 deposit sent upfront, and the rest to be provided in person on the 9th.
2) Restaurant and date planning:
In between the booking and the date, almost a months time, Anna and I exchanged many friendly texts back and fourth which I've provided afew samples of.
3) Confirming appointment and adjustment:
March 9th rolls around and I had something come up that would have made the drinks at my place difficult from a timing perspective. I shared this with Anna and she gladly adjusted our plan so that we'd just meet at the restaurant for 8:15 instead and then head back to my condo.
4) Dinner and post-dinner:
8:15 rolls around and we both arrive at the restaurant. We grab our table and begin ordering drinks, food, I hand over the remaining donation ($5000) in an envelope. We begin enjoying the evening. The conversation is easy and enjoyable. About 2 hours into the dinner, and afew drinks, Anna looks at me and says "I need to discuss something serious with you."
What was very light and playful moments ago, her tone and voice shifts to very serious - she proceeds to share that she feels I passed on warts to her and explains that after she saw me last month, that her duo partner got them from her, and that it must be because she saw me. She breaks out pictures of what appears to bumps on her legs.
Now, I have psoriasis which, while visually unappealing, I explained is not contagious, and that it is an autoimmune disorder similar to lupus or MS. My psoriasis did not change at all from our first date in January to now our 3rd date. She wouldn't her any of it and continues to suggest I have warts, wants me to see a Dr. to get tested, and if she is to see me that night, that she needs to use leggings and cut holes in the areas. All of this is in a span of 2-5 minutes, I felt very blind sided in that moment, and as I am processing thinking of what to say/do next, she calls someone on the phone sounding aggravated, throws a Montreal Dr. dermatologist card on the restaurant table, grabs her pursue and leaves.
I try to call her 3-5x while still at the table and then I leave the restaurant. The following texts took place after I left the restaurant and the morning after.
Anna has not returned any of the $7000 fee despite only fulfilling one part of the evening.
Closing thoughts:
Whether legitimate or not, this concern should have been shared and resolved before the booking was made, and especially before the evening
In this specific situation, as it played out, the majority share of the fee should be returned
I do not think I will see any of the fee back which is unfortunate but of course welcome any surprises
