I tried to go to SRM for the first time since there has been so many GREAT reviews of the place. I made an appointment and got there 5 minutes early. The girl at reception told me that my appoinment is running 15 minutes late. I say no probelm. 20 minutes go by and I ask how much longer. The receptionist says another 10 minutes. I say OK. 15 minutes go by and I ask how much longer. She tells me 2 more minutes. 5 minutes go buy and I get EXTREMELY fed up and leave.
Is this the kind of service you guys are raving about? If you can't keep an appointment, please don't commit to it.
I'm a B&S regular and if I can't make the appointment I call well in advance to cancel. I can't stand waiting for service if I make an appointment and make all efforts to be on time. At B&S if a girl is late or does not show up, they do various things to make up for it. There are so many MPs out there you think customer retention is number one priority.
Post your thoughts. I surely will not go back to SRM.
