She wasn't committed to her work hours. I arranged for an appointment one Saturday at 4:00 a week in advance, well within her hours of operation. I showed up. She was a no-show, but did text me at 3:30 that she had to cancel; I didn't carry my phone on the way to the appointment. This was a 2nd appointment after she had already cancelled the first.
