Blood test and health exam?

I have heard about thet TG in massage poular have the
blood test and body examination every month
Is it true ?
If if is .Does all the TGor BG do the same by themself or
under goverment provided health examination ?

That generally depends...on the place they work! :what:

I met several girls going for the test and had their health -card all the time with them!

But not all the bars arrange this!!! Fl's are the most dangerous, they often never check at all! :angry:

The common bg don`t go to test "same,same".

I know FL`s check regulary.

So you just ask, then you know.

But of course this cannot make you sure she doesn`t have HIV as we all know....

I do not totally agree! Sure there are fl testing, sure there are bg's who don't! Sure you never sure about HIV!

But it is more common, certainly compared to some years ago that more and more bg's are getting tested! the bar pays for that often!

The fl's maybe sometimes do 'and don't), but it's out of their pocket, always!!!

FL = free lancer = Thai girlno attached to a bar and who "hunts" in discos or in the street. But many BG who have not found a customer in their bar become FL after the bar close.

Im not the right person to say this as Im not to good with using condoms myself, but you can not trust the bg`s health-cards. A bg one time told me that they could pay 100bth to get it cleared.
So my advice is to use a condom, at least if you are butterflying.

But usually FLs have more money and.... they don`t want to die same.... Never mind. (and yes, of course, some bg got tested positive go work as FL. No need to say this.)

Its funny but when my son picked up his first serious girlfriend she spooked me out. He saw a sweet innocent little thing dedicated to pleasing him. I saw something different. Anyway Id told him about putting condoms on with one hand and eyes closed. One handed becasue the other should be busy. Eyes closed...well.

His mother (my ex) went mad for giving such 'crude' advise. It turned out the girl had some infection or other that my son didnt get. The ear bending my ex gave me was well worth it. I could handle something bad for myself....but my son....christ no!

Any medical proof of health isnt worth s*it save reassurance on the day the test was done. If you can garantee the 'virgin' state since the test AND it was done after an infection's incubation period then its ok...(three months for AIDs.)

A friend caught a dose of something unpronouncable in Malasya once and ended up having to be circumcised. 15 stitches in his little friend was bad enough until a week later and 'william' started doing its 5am routine. He popped 6 stitches before they got around to packing his groin in ice. (And most of us worry about getting it UP).

That was his morning routine for the next two weeks. The ice was bad enough but the doctor always seemed to send round the prettyest nurses on the planet. and that was part of the cure. :embrassed

i have to agree with geir.
i too aint great with condoms but they should be used.
if i can walk into a hospital in phuket and get a note from a doctor for 1000 baht that says i cannot fly home for 3 more weeks due to any illness i want,then i am sure a tg can get a doctored medical card for a lot less than the 1000 baht i paid.

I had the strange fortune to spend quite a lot of time in the Wattana Clinic in Patong as my friend was quite ill for a week. An awful lot of girls were coming in for blood tests and urine tests. While I am sure they can fake their cards the fact is that most of them do want to "take care". Who can blame them with the BM's around and about...

In general health standard have fallen over the last 10 years. When first came to Patong, most of the girls were tested every 2 weeks - even if the 20 Bhat quick look job that was next to useless. As a real test including blood test costs 500-700 Bhat (Thai prices - farang prices are double this) then most girls do not get tested.

On scale of risk (increasing):

1. Go-Go's - they have the 'cleanest' girls and are checked regularly. The reason here is that the go-go girls work at a go-go bar probably for a longer time and hence any fall back would look bad on the the bar - so go-go bars have the highest standards and costs accordingly. Go-go gilrs are probably better experienced and will most likely expect condom use.

2. (Large Scale) Body Massage (e.g. Cristins) - similar rules to Go-go's.

3. Bar beers - depends on the owner - but nowadays most girls do not have to get tested, there is no requirement for the bar owner in this respect - and not at bar owners expense. Bar owners who find out that of of their girls is 'sick' would ask her to quit or get treated before allowing her back to the bar.

4. Freelancers (FL) - as most bar beer girls ply the discos after they finish at the bar this is a very varied bunch. It will depend on the girls education and understanding of the risks involved. As a rule most girls would only go for a check up if they were sick and even then after trying their own remedies to cut down on Dr's bills. FL's in discos likely to be safer than street walkers - especially those 'working' along the lower end of Bangla and the beach area - and if any of these let you play without suiting up then really is a dangerous game.

5. Massage joints and Thai bars - depends on the local who's been there before you - this might been 10 mins ago or last month, but Thai guys are not big condom fans and risks at the bottom end of the market are the highest.

I have a great number of bar girls, FL and go go girls as real friends ( I havent slept with them). The vast majority (95%) do not have any form of medicals, tests etc. I keep reading and hearing stories about all these girls having tests etc. Its not true. If they need a certificate then they can buy one from the doctor without ever get checked up. Another fact is that many of the girls say that incase they had aids for example then they would rather not know.

Aint that the truth. I know of two former Phuket night life ladies who died of Aids in the last 6 months. One looked real sick but she was still free lancing. The other one looked real fit. She had nice silicon tits and was often had clients. She passed away last month!

Im only living in France having left the UK about 10 years ago. My French is still only so-so. The nice thing is Im close to Geneva where I can get return flights to Thailand for 1200 CHF (500 UK). Not booked myself yet but its a 5 min walk to the agents.
