Not generally, I have had problems in Obsessions, I go there for the free lunch buffet, but this place is expencive. Another time in one of the MP's, but normally no, I also went bar hopping with the locals from the company I visited and also some guys from Mexico City. You can pick up a paper from the corner stands, el Sol, I believe that has a lot of the MP adds with prices and specials.

Amigomio, nice map, been to several of the places you noted.

Monterrey, I thought it was very nice, I don't speak Spanish and most people were very helpful, Went there 7 or 8 times. Started as work trips to the Walmart distrabution center about 10 miles north of Monterrey, then a few personal trips. Also took a bus, frist class, from Reynosa to Monterry, very nice 3 hour ride for 160p less than a taxi ride from the Monterrey airport to Monterrey.

Hooked up with two chicas that were cousins that worked at Pasarelas, they spent several nights in my hotel room. Haven't been there for 3 years, need to make another trip.

I agree with escierto. I was in Monterrey three weeks ago and I did not find any anti-Americanism. I visited strip clubs, massage places, restaurants and dancing places. The only negative part that I heard it was the drug war. I went to infinito SC and for my first time I had a private dance. The lady charged me 250 pesos for a full section plus 100 pesos to the club. It was a very nice experience with a beauty. I love monterrey.

The thing is Amigomio, you have to figure in all the costs in Pattaya, not just what the lady costs there. For one when you BF in Pattaya, chances are its LT. Unless you go to soapie which will run you about $60 for 90 minutes. And you only have to buy girl 1 drink. Lemme give you a breakdown.

$60 for ST in Mexico $20 for BF. Maybe $20 for drinks.....You don't have to wine and dine them.

$50-60 for LT in Pattaya...
$100 for drinks for girls friends @ 1 bar
$50 dollars for dinner and friends
$20 for discotech. Another $30 for drinks

cost=$250-260, and that doesn't even guarantee you will get laid that night. All girl have to say is "on period, or me tired."

Then you're fucked...

Heck I've dropped more money in Pattaya, than I've ever done in Mexico. And I'm never forced to buy drinks for other girls in bar.

The only time I made out in Pattaya was my first trip in 2002. I spent about $1900 for 2 weeks there. The last trip in Nov 2006 cost me $3500. And I didn't include airfare and hotel either for both.

I imagine it would be the most Americanized city in Mexico, and they would be pro Calderon? I have to visit there one of these days, and quit just going to the resorts which is amost just like going to a beach resort in the states, except in Mexico they are nicer, and the water is warm.

I had a mother-in'law that was from Monterrey, but when she died, I lost interest going to Monterrey to see inlaws familly I barely know.
