Except for one of my regular place(that cannot be named here)everywhere i go business seems very slow...too many places?economy?lack of service scare customers away?I believe the classic,"give me-give me-no return-get out of here,princess" attitude in most massage parlour has gotten to them.Hopefully that will clean up the "domain".Notice that most of the ones going independants are the ones with no real clientele,also are the ones that move from one place to another often.May be that "miss iamnotthatkind"worked 10 years ago,but now...So what do you guys think?

I don't think buisness is slow at all in most places.There are many places where it is still difficult to get an appointment for the time you want.Examples:Le Notre Dame,Isis,Kama,then down the scale to 4227 St.Jacques,4008 Notre Dame,Leonel,just to name a few.If buisness was slow we would see more specials going on.There definitely is a huge amount of competition going on out there and a hell' va lot of horny guys as well.

It's just like any other business that is affected by the economy. I can tell you that my activity has been down substantially since things have gotten slower at work. The days where I would get a massage in the afternoon, and then go spend $200 for an hour with an SP later that night are long gone. Even if things get back to normal at work, I'd still stick to my current spending habits.

I think that business is off in most places and simply put there isn't the same value for the $$$ as there has been in the past. Certainly one can visit an incall Sp and get his rocks off for $80. almost anywhere in the city so compared to a MP where the entry is approximately $50. + options and a price of $90 (for a simple massage and a HJ) to $150. for (FS and a massage) economically it makes more sense to see a SP. So that from an accounting point of view perhaps explains where the clients who were going to MP have ended up. From another point of view, when I started going to MP's the girls were much more into their clients. What I mean is that they were focused on making sure that the experience was amazing from A to Z. They took the time to ensure that the massage was done well, to relax and put the client in the mood. They were I'm sure interested in having those clients come back to see them again and again (I know I did) and hence they ensured themselves of a regular clientele and regiular income. I find that when I see a new MT more often that not the massage is a quick rub down followed by a flip and an explantion of her options and prices and then what follows leaves me disappointed since even the climax isn't done well. No sensuality in doing a HJ, BJ or FS. It is a get it over with.......NEXT ! More and more I have moved away from the MP scene (except for my favorites) and into the world of SP since I can have completely meaningful sex at a much chaeper cost

Every escort outcall/incall service girls get from $60 to $120 for full service,rest of what we pay go to agency,driver,etc
The legit salon get less $ than any agency and offer more(rent,decor,ads,electric,towels,permit,risks),the massage girl get more $ for less service than the escort.

So i dont agree about girls who multiply their days or if they put too many ads or advertise cause they are not busy. 24 hour salons are in now cause not all men can come for a massage between the hours of 10am and 10pm. I think it is a smart idea for salons to open late.

Can I break up the arguing and get back to the thread? Business may be down at some places but not others. Less due to financial times and more due to customer education. Let's remeber there are 3 participants - Client - MT - Salon owner. To the client it's a luxury that still has a significant cost and value. To the MT it's a living - bills, school whatever.
To the owner (MT) that treats you like an entrance fee/tip - business is WAY down (I have talked to some of the owners I have known over the years). To the owner (MT) that treats you like a valued client who - business is UP. Most treat clients like idiots that can't tell time and will keep coming back for bait/switch - false promises etc. I guess they overlook how we can afford this form of pleasure.
