OK. Every once in a while a studio is up for sale.

I think we should plan a meeting and set up a shareholders club. Then, Sell shares to members on here so we can buy our own studio.

We would hire the Famous Vivian to run our place, let's call it "Massage Planet", lol.

We would set up a joint RSP program for the ladies to contribute to. Have a medical plan. Set up a contingency fund for betterments and improvements.

The ladies would get bonuses based on the revenue they bring into the studio. Bonuses like gym memberships, trips (possibly with shareholders, ) and so on.

Shareholders would be paid dividends at the end of the year and any of the ladies would have the option of being a shareholder. At any time should any of us want out, we personally sell our shares to someone else, pending shareholder approval.

Our group would consist of professional members who volunteer their expertise to ensure we are running our business to meet standards as required for licensing.

So if we start with 100 members at $1000 each we would have more than enough to get started.

Also I think 100 shareholders is to many. It would be something that is doable. The less people, the less problems making decisions. I would also have the girls set up more like contactors rather than just employees.

I was thinking 100 @ $1000, to make it affordable, but yeah I agree less is better. We could sell 100 shares at $1,000 and limit amount of shares an individual could buy. We want a system that is profitable but not over controlled by the largest shareholder.

However you could sell shares with small percentage to non voting shareholders. I would like employees as opposed to contracts and offer attractive benefits programs that would make them want to keep working for the studio. Contractors would come and go as the weather changes. Plus you would need a lawyer to manage all the contracts. I like an equal opportunity compensation package, which earns shareholder profits and keeps everyone working in basically the same program.

Basic corporation has 100 shares. The question is if to make it a LLC- Limited Liability Corporation. this means that if it fails, then just the corp fails, not the shareholders. Sounds like a good idea though.
the lawyer could draw up the agreements for an exchange of 1 share worth the $1000. fun things like that.

The fault in this logic is simple, 100 owners invested all expecting owners "benefits".
At one hour per session and 100 owners that is 100 hours of SP time per week, or month, or year. So much for a bottom line or ever seeing a monetary return. Plus the tax man would be after us all for "taxable benefits".
Great idea, but all of us horny pooners have one thing on the brain and it isn't operating a studio from a business perspective.
I will sit this one out, wait until it takes flight and goes into receivership due to the fact that no real business was conducted and the ownership group all bailed on the the first cash call. At that point I should be able to pick it up for a song..... business can be cruel

12 hrs a day x 50 hr (room fee) = $600 a day x 30 days = $18,000 mth = 216,000 per year. (assuming full bookings)

I suspect overhead would consume approx. 50% (rent at $5000/mth which is high = $60,000) another $40,000 a year for all other incidental perks.

The benefits would be shareholders and non shareholders getting their money's worth. There would be voting shareholders and non voting shareholders.

The simple math of 100 for $1000 is to create funds of $100,000 to start up. Number of shareholders and investment could be structured accordingly.

So after first year assuming a Gross earnings of $216,000 there could be dividends paid out after first year of operation.

First year profits could be held back, and perhaps dividends kept invested until shareholder wants to sell his shares.

In all cases I am looking at simple math, but the whole concept was comically suggested so a studio could be set up with great ladies offering VIP service that we all look for, short of FS (creating an Adult Spa operation)

Your plan doe not allow for owners taking "benefits", if you can prevent that it might be a viable business. But with 100 horny pooners involved it might be a challenge

As I mentioned the owners benefits are strictly assurances they can have a variety of lovely ladies and get what they expect from an "extras" point of view. No disappointments such as a Gloria Complex.

That should be benefit enough until dividends start to build up.
