Sooooooooo I was just wondering if you massage your scalp a little too hard can it cause hair loss. The thing is I'm a 15 year old boy who might have Traction Alopecia so I have to take special care of my scalp. I tried massaging it but lately I lost a little more hair. I don't know if I am rubbing too hard or something but can it cause hair loss?
