My mom has this roller thingy and you it on your legs to make the blood flow. And i was wondering if it was possible to like rub and massage and get the blood flowing and stuff will make your legs skinnier. My legs are huge like thats where all of the fat i have is. Like i am almost 120 pounds and like 20 pounds of my weight is in my legs! I hate it!!! & what are the easiest and/ or fastest way to get skinny legs? And if i roll my ankles a lot and walk on my tippy toes will my ankles get skinnier? What are the best way to get skinny ankles too? Please answer all the questions! Thanks!
