I got to disagree with Sampson on the condition of the rooms next to all the major bars in the zona. In my opinion the room accommodations are just fine.
It's true they rarely change the sheets, but that's probably because most of the time the sheets are not pulled back. You usually just have sex right on the bedspread, wearing a condom. The rooms the girls take you are usually for the short time, and the upper floors is where they live, or if you were staying for 24 hours. Most hotel will not change the bed spreads between customers, not even in the states. ( you seen those TV specials)

I'm sure if the cleaning boy notices any cum on the bedspread he'll wipe it off, and if they are cum stained will clean them. Frankly I don't notice cum stains when I use these hotels. The rooms always seem clean and well maintained to me, and the showers always have hot water for a nice shower afterwards, but quite frankly I'm really not paying attention to the rooms conditional, when I'm with a hot mama who is getting ready to take off her clothes.

Now some of those SGs motels that run from $3 dollars to $5 dollars for 15 minutes are disgusting! Sometimes they don't have bedspreads and you do see cum stains, but what the hell, some of those SGs are hot, and it's only a quick fuck, and not all of those SGs motel are bad.

BTW if your concerned about hotel Quality, they just opened a new love motel about two or three blocks from the zona, called Hotel "El Deseo" I been there are it's nice, clean, and a step up from anything else they have in the zona. The only problem is it's in a slightly bad neighborhood, and it's where some trannies hang out on the same street. But the hotel is meant for everybody, who are looking for a nice love motel for about $25 dollars. I highly recommend it, if you have a lady friend working in the bar, and she is just getting off work.

Under Hard core Mexican bars, I think I would rate Hong Kong pretty close to the bottom...it is whitey Central any more....It is even laid out like a frickin' titty bar, with all their dancing and three floors, and privados and so....Go check Rio Verde or El Fancaso on Articulo 123 for hard core Mexican bars in Zona Norte.

I had to laugh when a poster asked if it is as clean as Hotel Coahuila You realize they rarely change the sheets in that hotel and the bed spreads are all cum stained right?

Yeah, the room are about as comparable as AB. If you ever been to Hong Kong, it's the same hotel just with different workes, it just seems as if it's a different hotel. SMD wrote something about these hotel in another post recently.

Of all the bars in Tijuana I have been refused more often in this bar by just going up to a girl and asking if she'll go upstairs. Sometimes it's getting late, and I don't want to waste time buying drinks. I highly recommend that you at least buy a girl a drink in this place, or at least dance with her, before trying to get her upstairs. In fact my buddy's favorite girl works here in the daytime, and if you don't buy her a bucket of beer, she won't go upstairs with you!!

This place is a very hard core Mexican bar, so most of the local just sit with the chicas talking, dancing, and drinking. You don't have to buy them a drink, as many will go upstairs, but it's my experience that a lot of girls will consider it rude, if you don't spend a little time with them first before asking to go upstairs, another thing to watch out for in this bar, is a few girls don't go upstairs period!!! They make up excuses saying they are on their period, or they don't go upstairs, but only drink in the bar. It's best to ask while you are on your first drink.

We have two types of mongers
1. "Adelitas" Type who is no-nonsense monger, surveys, zeros in on the target and heads for the kill ! This is possible mostly in Adelitas and Chicago club

2. "Chavelas" type of mongers who will go into the bar looking for a relaxing time, trying to chat up with the girl, buying drinks, enjoying the company and maybe sometimes stupidly falling in love, but eventually going upstairs.

When i got laid at Adelitas, i would scout the chicas. When i saw the chica i wanted to fuck. I would ask her her nombre(name) de donde eres(where is she from) cuantos anos tienes(how old are you) then i would ask her cuanto es por media hora(how much is it for half an hour). Then i would have a 5 minute conversation with the chica.

It's easier for me to see if the chica gives me good vibes since i am fluent en Espanol. But i have got burned( chicas suxed in bed) made 10% .

It is easy to sit with a friend in a bar in the US and pay over $10 for a round, so some guys when they buy a drink and a ficha beer feel like it is the same that they are accustomed too. Everyone has their own style of mongering, and no one way is more wrong than the other.

Well lot of guys believe it's a good idea to buy an BG at least one drink and see if the good vibes are there and kinda get a feel on how they will be upstairs, and if nothing better at least get to know her a little, like her name, age, and where she is from. Some of these girls give such a bad vibe, that you just dismiss her after one drink, saving yourself a disaster later. And by the same token if she is kissing you DFK in the bar allowing you hands to go anywhere, chances are pretty good she'll be good upstairs.

I agree that buying a drink at Adelitas is a waste of money, because those chicas just want to take you upstairs as fast as possible to get their next customers. Hell, it's one of the reasons why I try to stay away from this bar. But in Tropical and Las Chavelas it's customary to at least buy the chicas at least one drink, it's not mandatory, but I know many chicas at especially Las Chavelas, won't go up with someone who won't dance or buy them a drink first.

Finally, there are many drunks in Tijuana, there main purpose in going to Tijuana is drinking and getting fucked up on tequila shots, and taking chicas upstairs to fuck is secondary or they don't even bother. In fact I already used my DUI friend as an example in a few posts down, the guys just loved to drink, and when it was time to go home, I would tell him to quit fucking drinking and take the chicas you are buying buckets for upstairs, because it's getting late, but many times he wouldn't do it, telling me later later, when it's get to be 4 AM I just drag his ass out, saying I have the car, and I'm leaving you.

normally in hong kong i buy a bucket of beer if the girl is giving good company..and then take her upstairs...i prefer to spend some time in the bar with a girl instead of going upstairs right away..so every visit costs me around 150-200$ and most of the money is going towards this ficha drink anyway from what ever you guys said, this is the normal rate in all the bars...thanks for the inputs..

I'm really not sure myself as I never pay less than $7 dollars, but I was going to say Rio Verde too, as I heard they are $5 dollars, or could be cheaper as Sampson says? I always take a look in this hardcore Mexican bar, but never stay because it's always crowded and very hot inside, and the girls are only so-so, and I bet they don't all go upstairs. One thing about this bar is I believe they have an exit fee, if you try to take the girl out and fuck at the hotel, it will cost you money, so there goes the few bucks you saved in cost.( many cheap bars have exit fees, maybe one reason mongers never hang out at these clubs?)

The most expensive drinks I guess are on south Revo places like Lord Black and Obsession, where the drinks are $10 or $11 dollars, and doubles are rumored to be $22 dollars. I don't know for sure, because I'd never pay that outrageous of a price, but I heard about those prices from a few Revo guys.

Most places in the zona are $7 dollars, maybe there are a few places like Playboy, if they didn't change their name yet that charges $5 or $6 dollars. The only other thing you have to watch out for is the chicas buying "Red Bull" at some bars it's $11 dollars, and a few cheap mongers have been known to blow a gasket over a chica buying 'Red Bull.' Me, I don't really care, but it could be a sign of disrespect towards you.

This subject brings back memories, I use to go to TJ a lot last year with my Arab buddy, he was a two time DUI guy, so needless to say he use to love to drink. So we use to sit and just drink with the bar girls, and one girl I was with already had about 8 to 10 drinks before I picked her, and she just kept drinking those little beers, when finally she got to 23 drinks, she just couldn't drink anymore, but still wanted the fichas so she ordered Red Bull, finally I had to put my foot down when she tried to order a 2nd Red bull and say alcohol only if you can't drink anymore just quit.

Finally, I just took her drunk ass upstairs and had a good time with her, before she passed out drunk. Boy was she lot of fun, and expensive. luckily, my friend helped out on the drink costs, but the fucker still owes me money, but I don't say anything, as he helped pay for drink rounds many times in TJ.

Rio Rosas is $8 dollars, and many bars if you want to have privacy with a BG in those little rooms, you'll have to buy a bucket for the lady, 6 drinks, for $42 to $45 dollars.

I believe Rio Verde and El Francosa area at $4.50....but haven't checked in quite a while....most bars have a one ficha drink, but sometimes they act stupid and don't offer it if you ask.... a one ficha drink is generally $4.50 and they open a little beer and poor 1/2 in a glass for the chica.

You will get a lot of advice You must be a "cheap" guy Remember the ladies are there to make money, its their "profession" ! So they are going to drink fast in general
However some girls might drink a bit slower than others, especially if they like you, and then you can gladly fall in love and get screwed like me
The drinks are standard 7$ at most bars, I heard its some 8$ at one bar dont remember which one. But I havent heard anything less than 7$. The ladies get almost half of that as their "cut"
Best is to avoid drinks with ladies, if you dont have the budget. Limit to 1 or max 2 to get to know the lady and then make a decision and get out. IT is very easy to get tied up with a lady if she has charmed you and you still have a few 20s in your pocket.
And DONT SIT at any table if you dont intend to buy a drink, just stand and walk around. When you sit at a table, before you know you will be with some wanted or more likely unwanted lady. And besides that you wil lhave the meseros buzzing you !
