Just a quick aside, I'd personally say that Costa Rica is completely overrated. There are some pretty hot girls, mostly NOT from costa rica but from Honduras, El Salvador, or Nicaragua.

That said, life in CR is certainly more comfortable than other central american countries, much less gang and crime problems. The girls ask for $100 at the good bars, and hopefully you can negotiate down. No great bargains, and I did see russian (mafia i assume) involved in some new western style topless bars that were very expensive. Good luck.

Well.....Prague has a lot of that too.

There are two ways to get paid sex in Prague. You can either get to a club, or go to a Privat, essentially a private appartment. Clubs tend to be overpriced, and in many case the service you get is below average. Privats on the other hand are more relaxed, less mechanical. The bad news is that you need to do a lot of research before you go in to one. Knowledge of Czech is a plus, but most girls speak English or German, so there's no big problems.

Well, I wouldn't paint a picture as dramatic as London did, but he's pretty much on the money, aside the usual Greek-bashing one can expect.

I have lived both in Greece and in Prague, for many years and if I had to choose between the two, as far as the sex industry goes, I'd go for prague without hesitation.

On the other hand, Prague is not the sex heaven people present it to be. Yes, the women are gorgeous, but the days of 94 when a girl would do a foreigner for the thrill of it, and for the price of three drinks, are long gone and not likely to return. Same thing about the cheap privats and clubs.

A decent-looking girl in a club will ask over 150 euros for an hour of play time, and even privat prices have gone up. Also there are many places that have "wisened up" and will only take your money without offering any service. Mafia and corrupt cops are also on the rise.

I still suggest you go to prague rather than Athens, but do not expect a town of milk and honey.

i just re-read your post. greece has to be one of the worst countries in europe for this kind of thing. the majority of women are ugly. their bodies are a result of the fattening foods they eat. there has been a trend recently and some women have started looking after themselves. they are off limits and untouchable unless you are a high class trendy bullshitter. i personally have never heard of a greek escort girl that is model-like. i know that most of the models do it for money, but you have to know people. street hookers in any place in greece are disgusting. they are either paranoid schizos, junkees, transvestites, or just low-level ugly women. then you have the prostitutes from eastern europe that are slaves and sold from one mafia gang to another, forced into the business, and locked up like prisoners. then you have some women who charge 1000 euros per hour because they probably are fucking some cop that protects them. next are the strip clubs, in which most of the girls work and then go home and are not allowed to leave the place they live in, because the mob and police control the whole story. i met a russian girl a year ago who told me she would sleep with me for 1000 euros. i asked her for how much time to have a laugh, and she answered me saying that it depends...maybe 1 hour...maybe 2...it depends...
yeah, it depends on how fast her pimp will come and take your money. there are brothels that stink and are full of miserable girls who hate their life and shag for 30 euros.
