I was a member of this board, but I retired from this hobby about 2 years ago when I got married. It's nice to be back!
I've visited Coco's Tuina Massage place yesterday to get myself started. I know this place has been reviewed many times, but I have to tell ya. I got a really good massage.
Place is located in on Yonge (north of fairlawn ave.). I called abou 1 hour before heading to the place, and coco answered a phone. She was really nice on the phone, so I booked 1-hour session. When I got there, I was 2 ladies there (including coco). I don't know why, but I was told that the other lady will massage me instead of coco. I politely told them my appoint was with coco. She just smiled and she said okay. What was that about??? Maybe other girls are complaing the fact that coco has more customer???
Anyway, time for the massage. I asked for hard massage which she provided. By the way, don't ask for hard massage unlesss you are really serious. It's not one of those light-touch massage. I don't know how she maintains constant hard pressure throughout the massage session. It's pretty amazing cuz she looked after all my problem areas without me telling her where they are. She even got rid of my shoulder pain in 1 session which takes 2 or 3 RMT sessions to fix.
There are no extras available (t, n, nr, bs), but I did get a release. Not a bad release I might add. Somehow I got the feeling that she doesn't offer it to everyone. YMMV.. I guess. Be nice to her.
Massage time actually went over an hour, but there was no rush. She told me that business is pretty slow these days. It's kind of funny to hear that since I can think of worse places out there that are busier.
Price was $80 for 1 hour, but I paid $110 for the compensation because I think she deserved every penny. After all, I did receive close to 1.5 hour.
I will repeat for sure.
