My friend came to me for advice, but I cannot help her, as I've never experienced this before.
So I thought I'd ask all of you.
Her boyfriend has expressed desires to have his back massaged. She has tried to do this but has been unable to get past his excessively CRUSTY BACK. I thought maybe it was dry skin and all it would take would be some lotion. But she tells me it is not simply dry skin. She mentioned circular balls of crust, which come off if touched. This topic is making me gag slightly, but I'm a good friend and like to help.
Does anyone know what this can be? And how it can be resolved? They are a relatively new couple and she doesn't want to hurt his feelings by asking him about it.
