Since it sounds like the MP owners might be reading what all of us massageplanet.netites think of their places...

I thought it would be a good idea to make a compendium of customer feedback. Really the MP owners would be well advised to read up on massageplanet.net - most businesses would kill for the volume of frank customer input that can be found here. What follows are suggestions for the places that I frequent the most (SRM, Utopia, Allure and AGS), but feel free to add your two cents for all the other spots too. I think many of the suggestions would be very easy to institute, and hopefully would mean more happy customers and thus more business for them.
Here are a few of my own suggestions to start...
- Don’t be stingy with the supplies! - make sure all your rooms are well stocked. Think of how many towels and toiletries there are in a good hotel room that is only rented once a day... with the amount of times you can rent your rooms out in a single day, what is your excuse?! Since many of us will want to shower before AND after the session there should be two towels for this - I don’t want to use my wet towel from before and I shouldn’t have to ask for another one. Also, you should never run out of shampoo ever... and surely you’re making enough money to buy some name brand stuff - is it really necessary to refill old Elmer glue bottles?! Likewise an MPA should never have to leave the room because she’s run out of oil, etc. Surely by now you know there are things you use a lot of - have extras in the room! In my bathroom there are extra rolls of toilet paper for when one runs out.
- Now that AGS is expanding, never, ever build a room that doesn’t have a shower... a jacuzzi will not suffice for this purpose! You might want to vary the decor from room to room while you’re at it (SRM has done a nice job of this). Clocks in the rooms might be a good idea for AGS as well, although I’d be curious to know what everyone else thinks of this. I suppose it could be argued the lack of a clock makes for a more relaxing session, but it also makes it harder to know where you’re at, and easier for a session to end early, since I’m not wearing one of those giant porn star watches. Don’t make the clocks too funky though - the most important thing is that you can read them! I think the ones at Utopia are quite good. Having the right time on the clock is also helpful. Having them somewhere where you can acutally see them from the table is also a good idea.
- I understand it’s the nature of the business that things may not be running exactly on time. But don’t put me in a room and say she’ll be there in five minutes if you know she won’t be there in five minutes... that’s needlessly aggravating.

For myself, I’ve appreciated being told upon arrival that my MPA is finishing up another appointment and just waiting in the lobby until shortly before she’s ready.
- Speaking of the lobby, it would be great if we could meet some of the girls even briefly there every now and then instead of having them hidden away in back all the time. I’ve really enjoyed when some of the MPAs at Allure are all out front watching T.V. This definitely creates inspiration for future visits, and being able to meet the girls in a more casual setting I think it preferable to the “parade.”
- Encourage your MPAs not to overly dim the lights. I’m fine with having the lights a little lower to set the mood, but there is a fine line between this and being in a dark closet which is sometimes the effect that is created! At least in theory, the whole reason we’ve chosen our MPA is because we think she’s hot, so it totally defeats the purpose if we can barely see her.
- I love the mirrors for the same reason - I want to look at my MPA from every angle possible. So make sure the tables line up with the mirrors and don’t put anything in the way to obstruct the view. Once again it’s important to remember mirrors require light to work. And Utopia, what were you thinking when you put a shelf at eye level on all your mirrors?! You are obstructing the very best part of the view! - I feel like that guy in the ball park whose seat is in front of the giant steel girder.
- Most of these places seem pretty busy to me, and there should be money to reinvest to improving your business. If so some of these places should really improve their websites (especially AGS!). SRM’s site is fabulously user friendly from my perspective. A really handy feature is being able to click on a given shift and just having all the women who are working appear on the screen - I don’t want to have to check them out one at a time like I do at Utopia, or worse, wade through the entire AGS schedule which includes girls who haven’t been there in months. And I think the girls should be listed in alphabetical order (Allure!) so you don’t have to look through the entire page one by one to find who you are looking for.
- If some of these places are particularly slow on Mondays, one reason may be that even on Sunday night we have no idea of who will be there because the schedule for next week STILL isn’t posted on their websites. SRM’s web system that automatically moves the schedule forward is the best, but Allure’s system of posting two weeks closer to the weekend is also totally adequate for this purpose. At least Utopia’s schedule mentions what week the schedule applies to, which is something at the very least AGS should have on it’s own schedule.
- Maybe AGS should just consider charging an extra $10 per room after all and hire some extra help... it seems like they could really use it - perhaps they can find their own entry for the most beautiful receptionist contest.

And what’s with not being able to make an appointment at AGS ahead of time?... that seems counterproductive! Sorry to be hard on AGS - in fairness I think many of the girls there are great and a lot of these things are pretty simple fixes, at least from my perspective.
OK so there’s some suggestions to start... any other ideas?
