Hi,
Every time I go for a deep tissue massage it hurts loads in my calfs, left forearm, mid back and chest, lower ribs near stomach. She helps me stretch the muscles out and they feel better (after two days of discomfort).
But she says no other of her 300 clients have the as many painful places. I have had a few major accidents in my time (I'm 27), but am not in pain during the day or night, just when I have a massage.
I googled at and kept getting fibromyalgia, but I don't have widespread pain and I got my massage person to check out the tender spots and unless she was pressing in the wrong places, some were not very tender or not at all - how specific do you need to be?
Do these things get worse with age? What can I do about it? What could be causing it?
She also said my muscles are tight like I've been working out - but I don't really do any excercise
