Been checking out Studio B and Santa Clara for awhile and always received good service and maybe a late appointment once in a blue moon but todays appointment left me very pissed off...After arriving at Santa Clara 5 minutes early called to make sure of my appointment and no one answered so i figure I'll wait a few minutes after.... 20minutes go by and the place closes for the night and it turns out that no one took my appointment... Yasmine was the one I made the appointment with earlier in the day and nothing when I got there for the session........what a waste of my crappy night.....Maybe I wasn't speaking slow enough for her???

This happened to me once at SB too and I also had an appointment. The explanation given to me was, one of the girl got sick and had to leave, for safety reason the remaining girl didn't answer the door or the phone until replacement arrives.
I was pissed off too, but the explanation was reasonable once I was made aware of it.
