Does a good DT spa exist?

Agree and disagree. Adam's list and ratings are pretty accurate for 85% of the guys who walk into those spas/parlors, as 85% of the time you'll get a mamasan and not a young one.

For me, I've tried at least 20+ locations downtown (most on that list) and would agree in terms of extras, most are 3-4/10. I try different locations, because a regular RMT massage for a half hour can cost $60+, and an RMT for an hour can cost $120+. My massage benefits only cover $500, so after a few massages I'm done. Although some RMTs are good, if I want an actual massage, as stated above you can get a standard massage in Chinatown for $30/40 hh and $50/60 for an hour.
If they offer a HE thats a bonus but my criteria are
1) is the place clean (lobby and actual massage rooms)
2) do the MPAs listen if you want to be massaged a certain way
3) (last but not least) are the girls remotely attractive?

Sometimes 1+2 outway 3, if there is limited places open during a certain time. Fortunately over the years I've found diamonds in the rough (actually young petite asian girls) at downtown spas, unfortunately most of them eventually quit, become SPs or end up working at a Premier/Flirt location.

Agreed that Spring Garden is clean, and the MPAs are perceptive to your requests (even for full service), but IMHO I've gone twice and neither time had a female younger than 40.

I don,t comment very often but dude if this is truly the best you have found "downtown " then why have you not moved on ages ago.? You list 44 places . Who would knock on the 44th door when the first 43 were losers ? Do you believe in self flagellation ?
To set the record straight , this board is mostly dominated by Premier and semi Legit guys. No worries, and more power to them. But if you think there is nothing downtown,you are knocking on the wrong doors at the wrong time.

I guess your one unlucky guy. There are many places. Some do not have name showing at the address. Just a massage sign and sometimes a phone number. Many on yonge st. All over really. I would not characterize them as " garbage" Thats not true.

The challenge with downtown is there's a high revolving door of talent. From my own experience, many girls you would readily repeat with, don't stay long and cycle through, or the day you want to see them, happens to be the day they are uptown or in Markham/RH.

Have had good experiences at Spring Green. Chinatown have been disappointed.

Sunrise is one of the spas that I was mentioning without mentioning. Because of the rotation of talent, have experienced hits and misses there - that I pass. In the past, trying to keep up with talent was dizzying, especially when I had my favourites. Keeping their days straight, made me say, enough is enough.

I’ve only been to Sunrise and Spring Green and prefer Sunrise as it has a back entrance, and they haven’t tried to bait and switch me (hopefully never will).

Spring Green they tried to B&S me and there was a post from someone else that said the same. Extremely unprofessional in my eyes. I did like my session with Coco and Diana when I was there.

Sunrise, I went in one day asking for Mika and the girl simply asked if I’d rather try her instead. I appreciated the honesty and wouldn’t have minded but I had my mind set and she just went to get Mika for me then. Jennifer isn’t great at massage - but the fun stuff was fun.

I get the feeling Diana may be at Sunrise as well, and if so, I’d prefer to see her there.

There’s a parking lot nearby (to the left of that picture) where you can go up some very rickety metal stairs. You’ll see a camera pointed down there and you’ll see a door you can ring a bell for. (At least I remember it being a bell. I may have just knocked).

Kawaii has indeed got a back entrance but you wouldn't ever want to use it. Last month I was there to see Nana (formerly worked at 26 spa in North York). I always use the front entrance on Yonge to enter and exit but as I was saying my goodbyes to Nana (a fav of mine since 2019 ),we saw on the cameras 2 guys were directly in front of the yonge street door engaged in a fist fight !! I'm not deterred by much but I looked at Nana and said "guess I better leave by the back door". NEVER again. Rickety black iron staircase covered in bird shit. Into an alley covered in god knows what filth. If I'd known I would have taken my chances stepping through the front door and pushing my way through the fight.
