before i start i would like you to know that i am very knowledgable about working out and building muscle so please do not try to E-coach me on how to build muscle.
i have noticed that when i would get a massage after a workout...1. i am not as sore the next day & 2. i seem to have put on more mass and look slightly more defined...this could be an optical illusion i was wondering if there is any science to support my findings
