Scottsdale, AZ – Elements Massage®, one of the nation’s leading national therapeutic massage franchise brands, recently hosted more than 300 studio owners and managers, massage therapists and other C-suite level executives during its annual conference in Scottsdale, AZ at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale. The theme for this year was “Power of the Past, Force of the Future” which celebrated Element’s heritage while looking forward to the growth of the brand.
The highlight of the week was the brand’s recognition of its top performing studios and employees of the year with several awards:
• Franchisee of the Year: Steve & Linda Sparks, Spokane, WA
• Revenue Cup: Steve & Linda Spark, Spokane, WA
• Legacy Award: Steve Stabile, New England
• Rising Star: Elizabeth Godsil & Robert Hanks, Clifton Park, NY
• Strongest Opening: Junius Brown, Ridgefield, CT
• Manager of the Year: Casi Marshall, Richland, WA
• Massage Therapist of the Year: Danielle Dibello, Riverdale, NJ
• SCSS of the Year: Michaela Pannone, Maple Valley, WA
• Support Center Employee of the Year: Tyler Moore
Extending their appreciation even further, the brand will also be providing a weekend stay at a resort in California for Massage Therapist of the Year, Danielle Dibello of Riverdale, NJ, Manager of the Year, Casi Marshall of Richland, WA and SCSS of the Year, Michaela Pannone of Maple Valley, WA.

Elements Massage also made the surprise announcement that it will be the first national massage franchise brand in the country to offer Himalayan Salt Stone Massage, one of the biggest innovations the massage industry as seen in 10 years according to Eric Stephenson from the massage consulting company iMassage.
Additionally, the brand is looking to rapidly expand over the next year in key markets and are currently looking for franchisees in Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Texas and Washington contributing to the brand’s presence in 32 states with approximately 240 total locations.
