Two new businesses will be making home on Main Street in Maple Grove.
Opus Development Corporation announced earlier this week that it has leased retail and office space to Elements Therapeutic Massage and Global Tax Network at its Arbor Lakes North End building on Main Street in the Arbor Lakes development in Maple Grove.
“The market continues to show improvement with an increase in new leases in the past year,†said Nick Murnane, real estate representative at Opus Development Corporation. “Brokers are pursuing deals and Opus is optimistic about the volume of activity in the area.â€
Elements Therapeutic Massage will occupy 2,150 square feet of ground-level retail space and Global Tax Network has leased a 6,500-square-foot office space on the second floor, according to Opus Development Corporation press release.
“After looking at a number of locations in Maple Grove, I decided to focus on the Arbor Lakes area as it is the premiere shopping destination in the northwest Twin Cities,†Elements Therapeutic Massage owner Matt Sherek said. “I spent time at each possible location and the 'feel' of Main Street felt right. The mix of shops and services are a great match and I thought Elements would be a great addition to the area.â€
Elements will have a staff of about 20 employees, which includes 14-15 certified massage therapists. A mid-August opening is anticipated.*
“At Elements, our slogan is -'Not all massage is created equal' and we work with you to exceed your expectations by matching the right therapist to your desired outcome,†Sherek said. “Our massage therapists spend time with you to understand your body's problem areas and learn about any health conditions you may have, therefore customizing the experience to meet your needs.â€
Global Tax Network is*an international assignment tax services firm, according to its website.*
