Ok, so I took one for the team...

I called and made an apt after work.

The building is right across the Shell gas station on Cote Vertu as pointed out as the Fortec building with the Copie Express in it.

You go up a flight of stairs, make a right into a dark hallway and ring the doorbell...and to my surprise, answers..........*drum roll* Lara from Jasmin...oh yay (sarcasm )

I came across the number for this place on the other web site and decided to give it a try - hadn't found this thread yet. Anyway seems like its all russian. Paid 50 for 1 hour and took a shower.
