Fanta See? vs Fantasea

Im in the late seforum.xxxes of planning my second visit hopefully arriving in the next few weeks, and still not sure where to bloody stay.
Whilst staying at Rydges Amora, Bang Tao last year on my first visit to LOS, we ended one night up at a place called Fanta See(sic).
Yes I also went to Fantasea where the elephant show and shops were, but this nightclub(?) was in Phuket town I think....and the only thing that resembled an elephant's trunk was my dic&k by the end of the night.
The girls cost us 1500bht ea and they came back to our place and it was one gr8 night, although from memory it was also a very reluctant jump in the morning with my one and then they wanted extra because they stayed with us that night at our hotel.My cousin whos a whole lot more experienced at "asian travel" suggested to them that they wanted to stay with us because Amora was 4 or 5 star or something and they wanted a clean bed or something along bthose lines. It didnt get ugly, just very badly communicated by all parties...though they did clean out the bathroom of everything including flip flops, cosmetics etc when they left.
I'm wondering whether Fantasee is still there as it was the maddest place I've ever been to in terms of perv factor.
The boss lady was very professional explaining the girls have a weekly medical by inhouse doctoretc etc.
About 100 girls all lined up behind a bar that basically just sold scotch and bourbon from memory and you just placed your order...for the drink and choice of girl.
The girls were pretty dressed up from memory, with very bad english, and from my guess not been "operating" for very long....seemed to be uni students from BKK...well thats at least what I got from our cuties.
It was the only place of its kind I saw whilst in Phuket for a fortnight.
Probably my ignorance of where to go and look around, and it was a very different look and feel to Patong Beach Bangla Rd.
From memory there were lots of karaoke asians singing and a great seforum.xxxe show.
The other great memory was going to the loo there, where a lb(?) I think is permanently standing in the bathroom, offers to hold it for you whilst you pee and they wash your hands and bits after...just bizzare.
Is it there still? did I miss out on too much by just seeing Bangla Rd each night and not venturing around more at night???
Only thing holding me back at the moment is the continuous forecast of thunderstorms in Phuket...I do want to get some diving and fishing in.

Well looks like an interesting place to visit! Mostly places in Phuket are made for Asian men. I knew a girl who worked in a kind of place like that, but she said she was only payed to drink with men, not to go out with them.

But BKK students sound appealing! Where the girls above or below Bangla -standard? LIL mustknow about this place.....

I must admit I lost my heart to a girl at Bangla Rd, and even sent LivinLOS her photo earlier this year to see whether she was okay after the Tsunami...I saw stunners at both locations...but found the girls at Fanta See much more dressed and classy in appearance, whilst a lot of the girls I lusted over at Bangla Rd just looked downright horney, sexy and ****ab&le with their little miniskirts and no-knickers....gotta love that look.
Tintin I must admit by the end of the night after Fantasee with my cousin on his bed and me on mine (twin share room), and both of us had our girls ankles over our shoulders..... I must admit I wasn't thinking of which location served up better quality.

But the general appearance of the girls in the club was definitely much classier and probably better looking.
But how do you rate looks in Thailand?
I know when I walk down the main street in Sydney in summertime there might 4-5 real headturners out of say every 10 girls. But when I was there last October, I was flat out finding 2 uglies in every 10 you looked at.
The thai girls are in general very pretty I thought, but after a while even they can become same-same I think if you just hit Bangla Rd. Thats why I was interested in roads less travelled. Im a bit over the black singlet/jeans look in my women...just gettin' old I think.
Anyway I loved reading your posts and seeing your photos of your wife(?), and you seem much much more experienced than moi, so you will just have to go for yourself and check it out!
Should establish a readers survey of their location for best night out with the ladies eh ?

Fantsa see in Phuket town is pretty nice but expenseive as I have been told. I really didn't like the girls on the left side as you walk in but they also have them sitting under a dreadfull flourecent lamp that makes everyone look bad.

The dancers are up for it as I have been told and sometimes if you go late there are very few dancers left. :biggrinlo

Defitnately a scotch place where you buy a bottle sit with girls or get a room and sing.

Here's a tip: the staff all go to fever corner after Fanta see closes, there is a DJ and such and it can stay open all night as it's classed as a restaurant.

Don't ask me where it at but it's close to a canal, that's all I remember.

I didnt know what it was called but I think I have been to the DJ place you mention (it was late.. I had no recollection of its name or much else)..

I was also taken to a cowboy bar on the same road (following a klong).. Really funny night, buffalow head / horns on the wall. .Thai band playing.. Owner was dressed up like a cowboy cartoon.. Gave the girls we were with a stetson type hat.. sounds daft but it was one of those really funny mad nights..
