we all seem to talk about lady boys an awfull lot , but i think my only real concern would be , if she/he was pre op how would i react if 1)it was bigger than mine 2)it was erect quicker and harder than mine and 3)afteri had finnished what would i do if the l.b wanted to be finnished of to a climax or even worse wanted a bit of a farang back door entry.

Let me put your mind at rest.

A true ladyboy will be very embarrassed to even show you their todger.
They want to be a lady in every way shape and form. They are unfortunate enough to have been born with a todger, but the last thing in the world they want is to shove it up your jake.

I do both. The surgical 'glory hole' is ok. One thing that does happen, is because its made from a dissused todger, it must be cleaned on a regular basis. Also, the skin inside can tend to 'heal' over again, so they have a plastice rod which they must ram up themselves to keep it open.
