Well just got back from the orphanage. The kids were in camp, so only one little girl was at the house with the nuns, so we did not stay long. Amo had close to $1400 rolled over from the Xmas party and with the money we collected, and one of my clients came in with a late $100....brought the total to over 3,000. If I remember write it was $2,985 and 500 pesos making the total at about $3,025 for the donation for the upcoming school year.

Well Padre, Amo, Candyman(from another site) and one of my friends son's attended as well as Julio my taxi driver. We did not stay long but about 30 minutes and took off since the kids were not there.

Next fund raiser will be on December 4 and that will be for their Xmas. In past years we have assigned mongers a child to buy for and with the money we raise we buy for those kids that do not get sponsored. If you decide to sponsor a child I can assign you one in November. You will get the name, sex, age, clothing size and shoe size for the child and $50 is a good amount to buy. The kids are very happy with whatever they get and sometimes we are supplied a list of what they want.

Thanks for your great support last night. Cumintj showed up and put a couple of chicas in the raffle so more prizes.

Thanks I fixed it. I have a feeling that the watch may go for $500 to $700, but first I am going to try and have it appraised so we will have an idea on the real value.

Ok, I am told that the value of the watch is actually $6,500 but plan to have it appraised. Here is a similar picture of the watch. The band appears to be the same, but the face is a different color scheme. I hope to post a picture of the watch tomorrow. The value on this site has that watch at $4,520.

If you want to bid but don't want to carry money with you we can arrange a meeting in the US if you like. You can even meet at a jewelry store to have it appraised before you part with your money.

It is now official. July 10 will be the fiesta for the school fund for the orphanage. 100% of all proceeds will got to the tuition, uniforms, supplies and related costs of the kids school year.

***EL TORITO PUB IS LOCACTED ON REV NEAR THE CORNER OF REV AND 3RD AND THE FIESTA WILL BEGIN AT 7:30PM AND THE RAFFLE AND AUCTION WILL BE AT 10PM.

There will be a raffle and an AUCTION. A very generous client of mine is donating a watch and I do not know the retail value at this point, but I will get it and a picture. The watch has at least a $2,500 value if I remember correctly, but when I have the info and picture you can decide for yourself.

Free beer and TACOS will be provided, and it will be in the special room where we had the last one. Alex the owner is promising something special for this party....not sure what but I am sure it will give us something to talk about or laugh about the next day. Alex is 100% aces so don't forget to say hello or stop in when you are in town. He has a great staff that is trained to provide CFE(customer friend experience).

As far as the raffle is concerned, there will be a couple of escorts, some VivaMex massages, a Pizza from New York Pizza and probably a few other things. Feel free to bring something for the raffle...even a gag gift.

Corkage fee will be $20 if you like to bring your own and that will include the service..
