For first time to get around the BG which bar was recommended?

I am a new comer and will visit phuket 1st Oct.
I've never been to patong and have no expirience BG
Any suggestion or recomendation for the rookie?

Which is better to a gogo bar or beer bar for the first time attendance ?

It is about pattaya but the same rules apply no matter where you go.

Gogo bars cost more money , for example barfine to the bar , to take the lady out will cost 500 - 700 baht in gogo bars
Beer bars will cost 200-250 baht.

Ladies will want more money for short time or long time with you in Gogo bars than beers bars.

The 2 moderators of this board are Nicke and Stevem.

Nicke runs a bar in Soi Eric on the right hand side called Mai thai bar.
this would be a good place to start your adventure and he will be happy to give you advice as you are a newbie in patong-phuket.

There are also 2 other members of this board who run bars in patong and it will be worth you visiting them. Both bars are in the Tiger complex on Bangla rd. Look for the Tiger disco (just after Ocean shopping centre) up above and you will see many bars underneath with a rock cave style roof.

Both bars are easy to find and on the left hand side of Tiger complex as you enter.
Geespot runs Love bar + Sleezy runs Bunny bar.
Both of these guys will give you all the assistance with drinking and taking ladies to you room that you will need.

3pm there are some bar beers open, but the majority dont open until later, particularly in the low season. For food you'll need to find a restaurant.

For the girl, just look around slowely around Patong. No place have the best, prettiest! Depends who is there and wich moment.

I remember to pick up a beautiful young girl in lolita's-bar!

Well in the Sois, there is one bar after another! They will ALL try to have a seat at their bar! Just keep on smiling, say a nice word and sit down once you find a cuty, you are attrackted too!

this is what you should do. go to soi eric. you will see what loooks like a wide alley with bars on both sides. walk down one aisle, after 10meters, you will have been approached by more girls than you ever have in your life. i know you miight be shy to just walk up to mtb, but dont be. walk over to mtb, find nicke and introduce yourself. with any luck, there will be other bm in there, sit down, have abeer and they will fill you in on everything. when will you be there?

I am arriving on the 2nd Oct (only 3 weeks todays :cheergal with another BM staying at the hilltop hotel, We will be there approx till 19th with a couple days stop over in BK. Thanks for the post on the Bahtbus it was really appreciated and most informative

If you mean you are staying at the Nana hotel on Sukhumvit rd/Bangkok then Nana plaza is right across the road.

Many good Gogo bars in Nana. or N.E.P = Nana Entertainment Plaza
