While i agree with you on Tavares, Nylander is a hot take.

The Tavares signing set a prescendance for this team.

Matthews got paid what he deserves, but Marner... jesus christ, 2-2.5 Million over paid. Thats the difference between a top 6 winger and Bunting.

I agree with you, Hunter was a more deserved GM than Dubas, and we would be in a better position than we are now.

Dubas should have stayed an AGM or taking the Arizona job as rumored.... i think everyone would have been better in that timesline

Campbell and Mrazek will probably be sharing the load rather equally. The past 5 years have shown that playing one goalie for 60 games caused a burnout by the time the playoffs came.

The Flames and some other Canadian teams are a victim of their geographic location. The Canadian fans love the Canadian teams. But not all the players do. Taxes, cold weather, isolation are some factors.
