Actually, I found your thread very informative grimsbyuk. It wasn't something that I thought of and the information I got is helping me to plan my trip in May. What I WILL tell you is that ALL forums are like this ... not just this one. There is ALWAYS someone who wants to nay say a topic ... more often than not just because. Best thing to do is simply ignore them ... most times it's not even worth responding too ... Back when I was a Final Fantasy Online player, the posters would have something to say about EVERYTHING!! More often than not, someone would rate you down and talk smack just because they could. It was very juvenile and, at first, I used to let it get to me too. Eventually I realized that it wasn't personal (they just like to push people's buttons and see who would feed into their crap ...) Again ... nice post ... ignore the nay sayers.


Now ... getting back to the topic at hand ... I am booking at the Ex-Pat because it is close to all the action and not too expensive (I am actually a bit of a poor man ...) I plan on going to Cristin's Massage 1st just because it is within walking distance and if I can save cab money that's 280$ U. S. saved!! If Cristin's turns out not to be to my liking I will then search out Massage Parlors STILL WITHIN THE LOCAL AREA (as in ones I can walk to.) I will try the so-called "Best" massage parlor maybe once, just to see if there is truly a difference.

As for those who say that they had a terrible time at a Massage Parlor .. I am curious ... Did you do a twosome or just one girl? I noticed in my last trip to Phuket that girls tend to get an attitude whenever another girl is present to sort of "back them up." (True in real life too ) It would be interesting to do a little survey of who had a bad time where and if it was the fact that 2 females were involved instead of 1. Stayed at the Expat in Jan, Feb, and March. Had a great time there. Love the swimming pool there. Some of my fondest memories are of times spent taking late night dips in the pool with my tilak after we came home from the bars. Room service is good, too, although Thia food is better. Mashed potatoes were awful and french fries not much better. Good short ribs and veggie soup, though, and all Thai food is good.

None of my business, but if you want to save money, why go to Christin's. Why pay 2 to 4 times as much money for sex when you can get ST or LT from a BG for so much less? Is a little soap suds worth an extra 1500 Baht to you? If money is not an issue, go for it! But if you are on a budgt, why throw your money away. A BJ is a BJ, and a f*ck is a f*ck, soap sud or not!

On other beaches, like Kata, you will have to search to find evidence the the Tsunami has passed here!

i have done my homework and realise traditionally Phuket is
a little dearer than say Pattaya. previous rates seem to be
500/1000 st/lt food probably 75% dearer etc :blah:
on TV here in uk there was a programme a few days back saying
many hotels had slashed their rates. airfares were down etc
they could hardly say the rates for the st/lt scene had come
down too could they??? :bangin:

Hmm .. actually you DO bring up a good point (although there is also the issue of an hour of sex during daylight hours .. noon-ish VS. a quickie) Still .. if I can get LT during these times then why go to a Parlor at all?! This will all depend on whether of not the Bar Girls are 1) available during daytime hours and 2) if they are available for LT during these times. You say that they are? Also thinking about it, I can always try and keep the same girl for a discount (and perhaps more importantly the repoire ..) I will have to consider this carefully .. thanx man!!

Inside of a week you will have 20+ numbers of girls the vast majority of which are happy to get an afternoon ST in if they met and like you before.. I left Patong about 2 weeks ago, after nearly 3 months in LOS, mostly spent in Patong. There were plenty of girls around. No problem there. BFs are normally 200 Baht in beer bars. "Tips" for the girls vary. If a girl is hot and wants 2000, you'll have a hard time negotiating a lower price unless you are pretty hot yourself. If she is nice, but no stunner, she may ask 2000, but will settle for 1500. If she is just average, then she will most likely be happy to settle for 1000, and probably won't discuss money unless you bring it up.

With FLs in the discos, it is a bit different. The going rate there is 1000 Baht. Generally, my experience is that in the discos, if a girl doesn't like a guy, then she will just turn him down, and keep looking for a guy who meets her standards. If she goes with you, then it is because she likes you or figures that she can't pull much better than you, and it is 1000 Baht. I only had two ask 1500. One I gave it to, didn't attempt to negotiate a Baht, 20 yrs old and an absolute stunner. The other, I more or less laughed at, took a walk, came back and she grabbed me, said 1000 OK. She was very pretty, well better than average. If all else fails, you can always get a decent-looking girl at Safari, at 5 or 6 AM for 1000 Baht.

Those are all long-time prices. I never go short-time. But from what I've heard from the other guys, the price ranges from 500 to 1000 depending on the attractiveness of the girl, and how much she likes you.

Of course, if you prefer the gogo girls, then the prices are all higher than those quoted above. I would guess you could add 1000 Baht to the above. Didn't go with any gogos, so I can't say for sure.

All in all, I never paid over 1000 Baht after the first two weeks I was there. I never liked the disco scene much, but found that you can get some very nice girls there for only 1000, if you learn to play the game. I had some guys who are experts coaching me. Thanks, guys!

Hotels were definitely discounting substantially.

Well when I was in "Tiger" disco, many girls, but no luck, cannot call them stunner!

Outside Patong a girl never asked more then 1.000 bath to me! You can also find cuties in Karon/Kata in a more relaxed athmosphere.

Like said before, if you like a girl, just ask her to come to your room. But only ask this, when you have been talking a while to the girl and bought her a drink! If she says yes, and not talk about money, then you just give her 1000 bath next morning!

If she does want to get into money, before coming with you, I never pay more then 1000, period!

If the girl plays it hard, just find another, or if you really think she is the stunner you really want, propose her if she can stay a couple of days!

Then the price will go down to 1000, because she hopes to get an income for several days and can have a few days of, being with you!

(not P4P people, other friends ) and they say they do not
want to go to phuket;,,,,,,,,,,, cos too many spirits there now.
from a falangs pont of view i must admit concern/fear that you could be swimming or laying on the beach and a body might just wash up!!! ARGHHHHHHH

When you say, "IF you can get LT during these hours, why go to a parlor," what do you mean by LT? ST is usually 2 hours, sometimes more. How long do you want for daytime sex?

LT means overnight. If you take a girl at noon, she is probably not going to want to stay all day and overnight(but she will is she really likes you).

As far as getting laid at noon, most days I was still in bed with the girl from the night before at noon, and usually f*cking her about that time. No need for ST, since it is included in the 1000 Baht overnight fee! Most LBFMs, especially BGs, like to sleep until noon, some well into the afternoon. Any BG who is worth the 1000 Baht, will go another round with you before she leaves the next day. A really good one will let you wake her up, and bang her as many times as you want, all night long, all morning, and into the afternoon, as you and her will probably sleep quite late if you are keeping that busy!

Many days me and the girl with me didn't rise til well after 3:00. One day we were in bed til 8:00 PM from the night before, and one other day unitl 11:30 P.M. Good luck. Although there is much to be said for butterflying, variety is the spice of life and all that, when you've had your fill of it, and find a girl you like and have good sexual chemistry with, if you stick with her awhile, you will have all the sex you can handle, day or night. Many of the BGs, when they hook up with a guy they like, will want to go 24/7 with him, if you let them, but I always prefer to have at least a few hours on my own each day!

The downside of staying with one girl too long, is that after you have been with her a week, then she will start pestering you about taking her "shopping" which means spending $200+ on a gold necklace or bracelet or a new cell phone. You can always say NO, but the whining can get to be a bit much, then you might have to dump her or give in. Depending on how long you've been with her, that can run up your average daily cost a fair bit. But, if she's done a great job for you and you can afford it, then perhaps a bonus is in order. But, in any case, always remember, It's "Up to you!"
