These days Hilary Duff is rarely seen without her ten-month-old son Luca at her side.
But even the most doting mother needs a break from time to time.
And Hilary enjoyed just that as she left Luca at home for a trip to pilates on Tuesday.

With her blonde hair freshly blow dried and a coffee to sip, Hilary certainly seemed to be enjoying her break from mommy duties.

Later she tweeted: 'Had an amazing massage last night and woke up feeling so good!

And there was even time for a quick coffee, and a trip to the nail salon - rounding off her perfect morning.

Speaking to E! News, she said: 'There's really no words to describe it. It's the most incredible thing every day. It softens you so much. I feel like a big mushy ball.'

And she is equally happy with her relationship with professional hockey player Mike Comrie, who she wed two years ago.
Hilary has revealed that they make sure to have one baby-free night together each week.*

'It's weird scheduling so much because we used to do things on a whim and no we have to schedule. But it's good. It's really important for your relationship.'
