I participate in contact sports(rugby, ice hockey, soccer, freestle motocros etc)
And I have a genentic disorder that causes severe chronic pain. While I was talking to my chiro he suggested massage and now I have one every two weeks!
Honestly, if you're super knotted up it may hurt and you have to drink lots of water, but it relaxes you and in my case helps with all my aches and pains and has improved my chronic pain. AND my insomnia
