I've never gone to a place like this before so I was hoping to get some insight and pointers.and had some questions I was hoping to get answered.

1) Should I assume that the pics you see on their websites are fake?

2) Are the cheaper places advertised not so cheap when they add other services, and do more expensive places include more?

3) What should I expect is the happy ending usually included? What should you pay for un-draped?

4) How much on avg should you tip?

The two places I've been looking at so far is Ft Road Studio, and Tokyo Massage. Are the women their anything like their pics?

never been to Tokyo but ft road is ok..nice looking younger ladies..pics are accurate..i go for the 45 mins for 200..some places like ft road have beds rather than tables..some of the micros have both and the service is negotiable from 140 to 200 depending on what you want..

1. Yes, all fake pics.
2. Most places charge the same upfront, i.e. $80/hr. Lower priced places are generally legit and don’t offer extras.
3. Depends on the lady and how many times you’ve seen her. My suggestion is to always start slow and go for the minimum offering. The next time, if this time was worth it, see what’s on the menu. Most places that offer HE don’t charge extra for undraped. I don’t even ask just lay there with my ass exposed. Its my way of indicating I’m open for more.
4. Many ladies will tell you what they expect for tip, if not, I generally start at 50% of what the massage fee was. Of course I tip much better the better the service.

Fort Road and Tokyo are both BodyRub facilities. Their advertised $80/hr is just pure fiction. Likely you’d be pressured into as much as $300 or more for the hour, but hey FS is definitely on their menu.
I’d suggest Miracle Massage near Tokyo or Nana’s, or Labella. At least these are actual massage parlours and more what this forum is about. Tokyo and Fort Road, you have better luck with finding reviews in the Massage section of CAF.

To answer your questions specifically,
1. 90% of the pictures on all Leolist ads are fakes, I assume that goes for the Fort Road and Tokyo ads as well, some may resemble the actual person, most will not. My cynical self always expect bait and switch and hope to get pleasantly surprised, you can always walk out the they don't deliver the goods. Amazingly, virtually everyone advertises as 22yo, I wonder what happens when they turn 23?
2. Some not so reputable places like Bex sometimes advertise low rates but when you arrive, ladies become completely "ignorant" to their own advertising; the more reputable places like Temptations have "specials" and Alyson who runs the places is very good; her ladies will stick to the advertised prices. Long way of saying, it all depends.
3. The two places you mentioned are both AMPs (Adult Massage Palours), you should expect the full meal deal, well beyond just happy ending, you may not even get a massage, a massage may happen as an afterthought. If you ask for anything less than a full meal deal, don't be surprised if some ladies will turn you down, they prefer to sell their time at full rates. To be draped means that you are on a massage table, many AMPs don't even have tables anymore; they don't even want to pretend that massage is their focus. Many other places mentioned on the forums here are actually RMTs (Registered Massage Therapists), happy ending (or more) at a RMT is always YMMV but you can count on a RMT to deliver a massage (as usual, some good, some bad). Generally speaking, if you see an ad on Leolist, it is for an AMP, if you see an ad on Kijiji, it is likely a RMT.
4. If you go to an AMP, rarely below $240/hr., higher at non-asian establishments with higher end ladies; on my last visit to 99St., an asian lady started at $320/hr. but quickly reduced it back to $240 as soon as I chuckled and turned; I guess I looked like a newbie that day. If you go to an independent, it all varies, on the low end, $200 an hour for many Asians for the full-meal deal, on the high end $300+ (yes I pay that when certain individuals are visiting or when I visit them in Calgary). You have to remember, a studio takes up to $60 an hour for providing the facilities and advertising, I think that is frequently the reason independents are cheaper. I don't usually do shorter appointments, usually 60 or 90 min. for me; others should be able to help with other rates. Tipping would be on top and above the hourly rates at your discretion.

I have not been to Fort Road or Tokyo in recent months but my prior experience was that Fort Road have nicer facilities; the rooms at Tokyo were not great when I was there last. No sense talking about specific ladies as they are both asian AMPs so ladies will come and go month by month.

Thank you for your great response I feel like I've learned a lot! I thought un-draped was code for topless, and I didn't know there was a difference how an AMP is more body rubs and the full deal. I was just looking for a massage with happy ending. I'm not really sure where to look for that?

a) Draping means the masseuse requires you to either wear underwear or uses a towel to cover both your front and back naughty parts. The covered parts generally never getting touched.
b) If you go to an AMP, do not be offended if a lady turn you down for anything less than a full deal, as the spa takes $60 or so per hour, the ladies kind of want at least $240+ to make it work their time. If you actually want a massage, an AMP like Fort Road and Tokyo may not be right for you. If you are not looking for a full meal deal, an AMP may not be right for you.

If you are looking for a massage with a basic happy ending, look at the more flexible RMT places like No.1, J&J, Comfort Oasis, Nana's, (and lots more). There are all places that are well-reviewed here and offer a range of services from legitimate massages to massages with happy endings (anything beyond is YMMV).

My off-the-cuff recommendation for what you are looking for, go see Fiona at Miracle Health, just a couple of blocks east of Tokyo spa, she is a cutie and a sweetheart, but with a very limited menu. If you need specifics about her services and pricing, pm me.
