I applaud the great Czech County and their past efforts, especially with what I think is the worlds greatest concentration of providers/ per capita in one major city.

I could be wrong but I think only Cuba has near the same excellent record considering the medical ramifications of the sex industry.

Alarming point is that the numbers are trending upward in every city/society both rural and high population. What is so amazing about the actual statistics is that Prague is so close to the Urkraine and the immigration of workers from Russia and Urkraine is so prevelant.

The Prague threads discuss the nationality of other East European States having women travel to Prague to work. My fear is the UN and other records keepers are not getting an accurate accounting of transient sex laborers.

Hello: few weeks ago the Czech radio announced that this year there was increase of cases of hiv infected persons, this year it was 77 persons, the total rate of hiv infected people in the Czech Republic known to authorities is 900 persons one of the lowest amounts in the world, according to the Czech radio potential problem are the ilegal migrants and young street people effected.
