When I learned a 60 minute full body Swedish routine in school, we started the client supine and began with face/head/anterior neck and chest, then arms/hands, then front of legs/feet. Then, flipping the client over, we did back, posterior neck, back of legs, glutes and feet again.
I think the breakdown was to to 30 mins on each side of the body, but in practice, I generally spend more time with the client prone.
