How much can you expect to earn owning an MP??

My buddy and I were wondering just how profitable it is running an MP. You figure that the start up costs can't be that much and how much can it be to rent the 2nd floor or main level in an industrial area? Could this be a 6 figure cash business??? What are the pros and cons?

Every one thinks that owning your own parlour is all fun and games,but theres alot more to it than you think.First ,if its not a licensed place youll have LE all over you.Second the license fees run anywhere from 3000.00 to 7500.00 a year.If you dont have top notch girls you wont get the clientelle.The girls are your biggest problem,not showing up ,late,ripping clients off,ripping you off,it goes on and on .But if you still want to try it "Good luck".

The answer is YES, but you also has expenses and other problems ! most of these places only last 2-3 years or less (change owner or closed by LE) this do tell you some thing about the MP industry.
