Would reduction in even one sought-after menu item from a popular mpa's list significantly affect repeat business? How much, 10%, 20%, or more? It's not a matter of getting used to a certain service and then having it taken away, it's more of feeling rejected by that mpa...like what did I do wrong? Is it just me or everyone of her clients has had this item removed from their list? What do you guys think?
