How to do a scalp massage for hair regrowth?

I've just gotten over my Trichotillomania and now I have a line of empty scalp from the crown of my head to mid head. It looks like a wide part.

I learned that scalp massages are good for hair stimulation and I would like to know how and what do I need.

use the tip of your fingers and massage scalp in circular motion massage lighter then a little harder and keep going at it for 1 min


I do it during showers


and brushing ur hair upside down works. I just lay on the bed and let my head dangle off it and brush my hair upside down


sometimes the blood rushes to ur head, lol I just do it for like 1min

Massaging your scalp might increase blood flow to the area, but it will not result in hair growth. If it did you would see specialists offering the service all over the place. There are those who profit over other people's wants and needs and it makes them look foolish and gullible when they try to do something that is so easy. Go ahead and do it if you want, but never ever pay anyone any money expecting hair growth.
