If Bliss has to change their name..

After reading blopar's post in one of the other threads, it looks like Bliss might have to change their name.

What would you guys name it?

Technically you are using a trademarked name of a fairly large organization. The question is would they even bother, hard to say.

However if they do contact you there are some very good names above

just for a quick example...
There is a very popular bar/restaurant called the "daily planet" they use the superman logo in thier signs and advertising... marvel comics sent them a letter... threating to sue for millions... that was almost 12 years ago... they havent heard a word since... If the juice aint worth squeezing.. why bother?

I do not disagree with you, but if you receive some communication you may want to reconsider. Quite possibly the "Daily Planet" did not qualify as a trademark in the case of a restaurant, in this case they are called "Bliss Spa" and they trademark it on their site. They are a fairly large organization and I doubt you want want to spend money on lawyers.
