If you were a Male owner of an Etown MP?..

Fellas, With all the negative stuff about some of the male owners of MPs in etown,..

If you were the male owner of an Etown Massage Parlour, how would you run it to make it a success?

(Disclaimer..no no no no..trin is not in the process of looking to buy one ..this thread is purely theoretical..since the current male owners don't seem to be doing a good job, what practices and strategies would you put in place as a male owner to make it better?)

First thing I'd do is hire a few of the girls to manage it, and then become as hands off as possible.

Second thing I'd do is make it clear that under no circumstances am I going to have a session with anyone who works for me (painfull as that may be because of #3)

Third, I'd do my best to attract the absolute best of the MP girls, by putting some real coin into making the place super nice for them (and the customers)

I would hire a couple of the best MP providers to manage the parlour, pay them well so they could choose to just manage, and stay out of their way as far as day to day operations.

We would meet as needed to decide on operations policies and issues and I would back away.

I would want to ensure all personal growth information is available to assist the ladies towards their eventual retirement, including education programs, financial planning, retirement savings, healthcare and I would assist them in day to day care for their children, while they worked at the studio.

In a sense it would be like preparing any high paid entertainer for life after they move out of their profession.

As for the studio set up, once again, the lady management team would be instrumental regarding decor and atmosphere within the establishment.

Virtually all MPs fine the girls for a variety of things, about being late and about no shows for shifts..

Late fines may run from $50 to $100.

Not showing up for shifts can run from $150 for the first time, escalating to $250-300 for second no show, and third time leads to $350 or more...

Would you keep these fines, modify them?

At the end of each shift, the girls do have to "cash" out i.e. square their account with the house. If she has fines to pay, and is blanked, what do you do?

Fines are a significant part of an MP's revenues..how much are you willing to experiment with that?

I never realize fines are these steep! They are multiple times higher than the base hourly room fee itself...

What else do these girls get fine on? What happens when the girl gets sick, or wants to leave early?

I am not an MP owner, nor do I want to become one. But if girl has been blanked one too many times, you can bet that girls' on-job performance is going to suffer.

I don't exactly know how MPs work, but in many workplaces if you don't show up for work and you don't call in sick or a personal emergency then you don't get paid or you get fired, so I don't know why the fines are necessary.

I certainly don't want to own an MP, I'd be too tempted to do Vish-style "evaluations". And I like pooning enough that I'm not sure if I want to know the inside workings of one. It's kinda like that saying about sausages - if you love them you shouldn't watch them being made.

That said, if I owned an MP and had enough coin:
- I'd be hands-off for the most part, though I might occasionally help out with making appointments (if pooners don't mind a guy answering the phone) and providing security
- web page that's updated daily is an absolute must - I'll learn web development and do it myself if I have to
- have a maid do the cleaning of each room between appointments and the laundry
- provide a financial adviser for the SPs because it seems that a lot of them don't know how to manage their money

10/10 very good to have a women to deal with the ladies ( i dont know why but they have this something they understand each other easy

just remember or ask an actual mp owner what the girls think about deduction on their pay lol
or some members here on the board too dont like to see the paystop with all deduction wright there.

5/10 is a great idea, but i can say 90% of the girls want their kids stay away or dont know what they do for living and have their male boses bring the kids to day care some just prefered call off that day.



5/10 lol this one i suggest you to be verycarefull on fines fee to the girls. lol very becarefull, because usually is there she start to think to change place if too much fine is ask or if she think is too high. In other words before start to ask fine make them busy crazy. if they are book solid, is the only way to be able to collect fines when need it. OTHER WISE is the begining of the end of your staff they all going to quit one by one, because the one quit going to bring her friend to the other new owner with no fines
ANd never forget the point Client follow the girls everywhere and at any place when they work

calgary : 50/50, calgary dont really care but chr**st sakes , but if you a male better to give them good service other wise... i prefered stop there lol

Edmonton : 10/10 100% male or female not bother the boys at all , but dont bullshit them or they just neverrrrrr called back lol

Vancouver : 0/10, dont bother be a man and answer the phone waist of time and $$$$
find you a receptionist female.

2/10 sorry brother , but you just earn 60% profit and now just drop down to 40% by hire a made.
usually is the girls working or the receptionist do it. you not suppose to pay for this extra expense

I was next gonna post on "How does an MP owner set the rates for their Room fees??"



I also been informed that Supreme and Passions have a room fee between 50 and 60 bux..while Cloud 9 is 25 bux..

Room fees are all over the map..and obviously affect how much the SPs will charge their clients and how competitive they will be...

You know yourself how sensitive today's market is regarding pricing..

The etown MPs are now competing against , not only other etown MPs, but against visiting escorts, craigslist providers and asian micros among others.

I'd have to say it's a buyers market for sure. As long as one does his research on the review boards and doesn't just pay whatever outrageous price an SP asks for, you should be able to get outstanding value for your money.

The SPs who realize that the days of asking whatever you want for minumum service are gone, and adjust their pricing accordingly, are the ones who will remain busy and outlast the wannebes in the long run.

West has some good advice..but the Room Fees structure is a very important part of running and operating an MP service..

How would you, as a male owner, go about determing where to set your Room Fees for the ladies?

lol this one i pass ! why lol very simple . at each one their own taste i think i have read something like this
on the board or the other board. You charge what you need to charge. But again like trintrin say , competition is not just about service now, but
about room fee and booking fee is going to be very hard for the mp charging less them 50$ room fee or booking fee per call.
is just to low.

why ?
remember each 10$ x 4 clients = 40$ per day
remember each 40$ x 5 ladies = 200$ per day

remember each 200$ x 7 days = 1400$ per week ( this is just with 10$ for exemple )


or
remember each 10$ x 8 clients = 80$ per day
remember each 80$ x 10 ladies = 800$ per day

remember each 800$ x 7 days = 5600$ per week ( this is just with 10$ for exemple )

yeah i know is really interesting number but far from the reality. someday yes, other not really good.
By experience i can tell you, you can have a castle or from the travellodge, if whats you offer is good at a clean place
you will do very well. dont forget the keys in this business is the staff ( ladies) very hard to keep at the same place.
they have a plenty of choice to go anyway we all want them , they are hot and have this charm we all looking for.

so yes is a really nice business but you cant do it only just for the money , from the owner to the sp,
you have to like drama lol and like resolved lotsssssssss of headache lol .

oh yes if you are married and your S.O know you owned it and this bother her but let you do it to please you, trust me quit this business
because you will lost all what you have build before have start in this business. what you have one day will disapear more fast them what you think.
Is a business taking ridiculous hour to take care of 24h/7. Some can understand what i mean by this i am pretty sure.

So is like any other business when you decide to owned it you better to be ready to do huge sacrifice.

Being the male owner of an etown MP will have its challenges..

If other etown MPs are "busted", and the owners charged with living off the avails of prostitution, it's possible that LE will be investigating the ownership of all MPs to verify which ones have Male ownership or equity investors First and Foremost.

LE wants public perception to view these busts as primarily against Male equity investors/owners to feed news stories as leading the charge against Pimps, and not against the Female owners trying to earn a living..

Right now, Jailey's (if i'm not mistaken) has a male owner, and Penthouse has a male part owner and manager.

It's also possible that Legends, 50 Street Massage and Temptations have Male equity investors registered on their "ownership titles",

while the Asian MPs such as Oriental Geisha and Sachi Spa will also (more than likely) have Male ownership with female management as a front.

Hypothetically and theoretically, The smartest thing a Male owner of an etown MP can do on a review board:

He can offer up genuine reviews of the girls at his studio...while politely refraining from doing reviews (either positive or negative) of girls at other studios or venues..

That would be the smartest, most strategic way of arousing interest in the girls at his studio,

while maintaining a classy reputation of "not knocking the competition"
