Insanity to lose weight over summer? I do exercise a bit, but not enough. Now I'm starting to eat healthier and get motivated and interested in health. I do want to lose some fat, but my main goal is to get fit and healthy. I really want to try insanity, but since its so difficult, I thought I should do something to get ready for it. My aunt (who I live with) has Jillian Micheal's 30 day shred, so that seemed like a good choice. (Since insanity is so expensive, I'd rather use something I can use without having to buy it.) If I followed this, I'd do that for a month, then start insanity. I'd finish the first month in time for school (I'm 17, female, if that matters) and finish insanity while in school.
For a diet, I'm just going to eat healthier, cut out most junk food, cut out processed and white bread, suger, ect, and eat a ton of fruit and veggies and water. I'm not going to worry about exact calories or anything.
So what do you think of my plan? I'm looking for tips and opinions about this, and am definitely open to suggestions.
