month, have I crossed the line? as far as workplace romance goes? We are married, so I don't think it's a big deal, but I hear people are jealous that we get to spend time together with each other and they don't.

Neck massages are for your wife not a co-worker. Your crossing the line here at work. The work place is business not your personal playground. If you want trouble you keep on rubbing this co-worker.....I worked decades in HR and I am telling you this is not good for you.

You've crossed the line and are playing with fire. Personally I make it a point never to have physical contact apart from a handshake with any female coworker knowing my own weakness as a man.

I a neck massage is ok, why not a massage on other parts of the body?

The real test of whether it's wrong for you to do that is to see your wife's reaction when you give that neck massage in front of your wife. If she does not mind or feels no jealousy at all, then I'd say you have not crossed the line.

You need to stop the neck massages, it is inappropriate for both of you. Keep your hands to yourself and your mind on your wife.

You should not have your hands anywhere near another woman. Same would go if you were a woman rubbing another man. In my belief, anything other than talking (depending on what you're talking about) is crossing the line. If you love and respect your wife, you go home and give her a massage. I would guess that she would be hurt and confused if she knew about this.

You have crossed a line. First of all, even if you are friends outside of work this is inappropriate workplace behavior and could start a lot of trouble, nasty rumors being the least of it.

Second, unless your respective spouses are ok with this you need to stop. If you haven't told them then you're hiding this behavior and that is not ok.
