innocent massage at work?

The group I work with, we all have lunch at the same time. We also have the same seats all the time. This girl I work with always sits across from me. She usually puts her feet on my lap. to make herself more comfortable, and because she knows I don't mind. Recently, I took off her thong sandals, placed them on the table in front of me, and preceded to give her a very good foot massage. She really appreciated it, and thanked me. When I was done, I put her sandals back on for her. I admit, I enjoyed doing it. Would this be considered anything but innocent? Girls did you ever receive an innocent massage?
