is it ok for one kid to massage the other?

Goodness - get in there yourself. If you get the middle spot, when everyone turns and switches the opposite way, you will STILL be getting a massage. Our dogs are the ones that end up with the best spot - everyone massages them without expecting a massage in return! LOL

Of course it's fine. For heavens sake, that's what little kids do. My 9 year old cousin will even rub her older sisters back (she's 11) and my other cousins do the same thing.

as in their shoulders and back? why not.
My kids blow rasberries on each others stomachs and sometimes one sits up on the couch and the other one is laying down with his head on his brothers lap.. I wouldnt be surprised if after giving each other some piggyback rides they would one day sit down and give each other a massage too.. I might ask them to give me one too lol
