I've been there many times - standard rates for an AMP apply.
I would not pay $120 - my opinion is that it leads to inflation.

Recently for Sophia and Kaka the rates were 6. for the house and $ to $20 for FS depending on satisfaction. Both women are good looking 8/9 for Kaka and 7/8 for Sophia. Both give a nice session with energetic daty,cbj and various positions..Sophia does a nice rimming if that turns you on ! I think this place is a very good AMP compared to most in NJ that I have tried.

Got there for the first time this afternoon. Was with CoCo I think. small little thing with good size fakes. massage sucked but who cares. reg $ tip and this girl was ready to go. just got back from being with sophia. damn she's a fun girl. pretty much everything is on the menu. and i ended up with covered FS. had her in every position possible but she prefers to be on top. she said she lives in northern virginia and will only be here for a few more weeks, so hurry and get in her soon before she leaves. stats above are accurate. and id add that she's 10-15 lbs away from being smoking HOT !!!

Back for a 2nd visit with kaka. Still a good time to be had. It seemed quieter today. DATY to an "O" was on the menu although no digits allowed. Nips are very sensitive and she pushed me away a few times saying it tickled. All activities are covered and those are naturals on top...very nice! Again, crappy massage and she gets you in and out (no pun intended) quickly. She wanted more than the $80 tip I left, but we didn't do fs, so I stood my ground...I said "next time". May be time to check out other girls there or a new place.

with all that Bear said about Ka Ka,,,good english,nice "C" rack which i think was enhanced,but a good job.massage was lame at best,but i'm not going there for the massage. i took the full menu and was asked also "how much you give me"...the full menu was worth the price and i will return. seems to be a lot of rotation of staff going on there,so don't get a favorite and expect to see her in 2 weeks...LOL

Finally made it to Island Spa. Thought it would be quiet on a Tuesday am, but I heard the bell and voices a number of times while I was there. Even saw another monger briefly which I don't like. Anyway, rang the bell and headed upstairs (door is not locked, but think they should). I was asked if it was my first visit and I was honest and said "yes", but I've been to many others (Smile, Fiji, etc.). I was put in a room and mamasan did not take my $60. I waited for at least 15 minutes for someone to come. Finally, in comes "KaKa". I'm sure that is not how is is spelled, but phonetically that works. She takes me to another room, takes the $60 and off to the shower. She asks if I've been there before too and I tell her. Lots of good attention to the boys during the shower. Kaka is very nice looking, slender fairly tall with a great bod I'd say a nice "C"! Ass is to die for from the angle I had...I'll have to tap that some other time. She is very nice and giggly and English is not too bad. Back to the room for a very short and mediocre rub. Says to turn over and quick rub of the front and asks what I want. She is wearing a very small bikini top with a great visual of her goods. I didn't care too much about the massage as I was anxious to see the goods. I suggested oral (just my preference but everything is available). She said, next time you come in for "boom boom". Goes and gets the cover comes back and lays on top of me sliding back and forth. I'm groping for everything I can get my hands on and she goes for the cover. Very nice technique and I'm like a rock. After a few minutes she comes to the side and kneels down while I'm on the edge of the table and goes to town. I'm done a few minutes later. Quick hot towel, dressed and out. My only negative is the poor massage and I was out in 1/2 hour. Also, when I suggested the service I want, she asked how much I'd pay, she agreed and wanted me to leave it on the table before we started. I think they need to be a little careful about services and exchange of $$. Overall, a very good experience. She was hot and I'll be back. There were definitely at least 2 others there and as I said, it seemed busy. Hope this one lasts a bit.

Island is right on Main St. in Hellertown. Google it for the address and phone #. You should have no problems finding it as I did. Anybody have any other names there and descriptions?
