I agree with you cabinman, She is very shy. I saw her about 6 months ago and nothing offered not even a happy ending. not even the slightest tease either.

I can see here mix of reviews, be aware with her for sure YMMV. I agree with Shyman3.
I need to admit last time when I saw her, her service was very good, I really enjoyed it beside she is not my cup off tea and her place is really so messy.

I'm not saying he got FS, but their can definitely be a lot of ymmv from some of these ladies. I know that being a bit younger, in decent shape, and treating them right really goes a long way from personal experience.

I've seen Jane off and on over the years. When she first started she would do mobile and came to my place. Then I saw her, twice at a place near Telus Field a couple times, then I think there was a place near Commonwealth after that. I don't she bounced around a lot.
I always had full menu offered. Meaning, we would start with HJ and I would ask for me, and as someone else said, it didn't take her long to agree. Reasonably priced. Last time I saw her, it was in an apartment in a rundown duplex I believe it was. It was an upstairs apartment. I haven't seen her since. I tried to message her a few times but didn't get a response.

I think Jane is a pleasant, somewhat quiet, woman. I find her attractive but to each their own. She moves around but always it seems chooses to live in the downtown area, no doubt because housing is cheaper there. I have seen her on and off over the years. Her massage is quite good, more on the relaxing side of things which I enjoy (not a deep tissue guy anyway). Her HE is to my liking as well and she will do her fair share of teasing (reaching under and on the flip). She will do more of it if you ask her, well if she feels comfortable with you I guess. I am not a FS kind of guy but my sense of Jane is that she might just provide that if she likes you, you are a regular, and she is in the mood. I think she is one of those ymmv providers. I had the opportunity to meet Jane today.
She is a bubbly nervous lady, which I found cute. I wouldn't categorize her as quiet, just shy, though we conversed for almost the entire session. I don't mind that on first meetups as it helps with the nervous tension and allows you to really relax when she finds those places on your back you didn't even know needed work.
Her massage technique was amazing. Perfect pressure, spent time where she knew I needed it, and even added Thai stretching for which I love. Nothing bothers me more than when a masseuse just goes through the movements either spending too much time where you don't really need it or missing places that obviously do. She has quite the intuition and is mindful to find the perfect flow.
Good pricing, great menu, clean house (cramped but clean), and great attitude.
A definite repeat, more so for the massage than anything else.

Spexx you experienced one of my favorites. You are right - she has this knack of finding those knots and tight areas and just taking them out. I have discovered that she can go deep tissue on those occasions though I do prefer her more relaxing/sensual touch. I have actually had to wake up for the HE LOL. Was reading through all the comments above about her menu etc. Here is my read on things

Jane is a massage therapist who offers HE. Her menu is bigger than that but it all depends. Depends on if you see her regularly, depends on the vibe at the time, depend on if she is liking your look or body, depends... she is ymmv. Not a criticism at all - but with a provider like this different clients will experience different services but shouldn't wonder all that much about why he got this and I didn't.

I just see her to enjoy the massage and whatever else comes with it on that particular day!
