Hmm.. dunno if its ok to ask so bluntly, but can anyone advise me where to look for a nice japanese-looking girl? Does anyone have a particular bar in mind?

I dunno about tong but when i was in bkk, soi cowboy seemed ramed with them, hence why i think soi cowboy has the most attractive girls i have seen in thailand. Many that have that anime look which i think is hot as hell.

there are a number of clubs and gogos in bkk and some in patts as well which cater to the jap market. in patts down soi diamond were SuperGirl and Diamond (i could be wrong, i was a little drunk at the tyime..) they were oposite each other (across the street from each other, as i say i might have got the name wrong but its in that location anyway) and i believe they had the same owner. most of the customers were jap and thai. i was chatting to a group of japanese young guys in there and they had some funny ideas; sounded exactly the same as the kind of crap the farangs come out with (wanting to quit their jobs to come and live in thailand for the girls etc), so they're no different. good guys and makes a change hearing it in a japanese accent rather than a cockney / northern one .the ones in bkk though i would guess some are jap (or other asian) only though. so you will need to bribe your way in thru security if you can. just dont have lots of tats all up your arms and a shaved head, shorts and sandles etc, or even a bribe wont do it. i wouldnt let u in my club either :na: but you're from sing i see so maybe you are asian so you wont have a problem at all.

everytime ive been in thai ive found the most beautiful (and perhaps 'japanese' looking) girls walking around MBK or any other mall. good eye candy

In Bangkok near Patpong there is a street called "Soi Thaniya"... cab drivers should know it. Go there and you'll be in Japan-heaven. It's modelled after Hostess districts in Tokyo, with lots of karaoke places, hostess clubs, Japanese restaurants... all of the girls speak at least a little Japanese, they've all adopted Japanese names, and they look Japanese (with the cute clothes and tinted hair). I went there about a year ago and it was great. I went to a hostess club with some buddies and we were faced with a wall of ladies jumping at the chance to sing some karaoke with us. We chose our ladies and then had a couple of fun hours belting out tunes. I ended up taking my girl home for about 2000THB. Unfortunately, like Japanese girls, I was duped by a fake rack! I thought she was a D-cup in the karaoke place and she turned out to be an A after she took off the padding. Still had a great time though. A word of warning - because they cater to Japanese customers, prepare to pay Japanese prices (or at least close to them), You can probably negotiate with the girls a bit more freely, but the shops generally stick to their pricing (although who knows during low season).

Just back from 2 months in Tokyo. At least here it's easy to get with a Thai that has gone for the Japanese hostess look like this>>>

Last time I went there were a couple of Japanese style girls with the boufed up brown curly hair working in Rock Hard GoGo. There were about 20 Jap girl tourists on the flight from BKK - Phuket yesterday. Don't know where they were heading for but when they are in Patong think some head for Banana Disco.

Why don't you give Secret a try under Hollywood disco at the very end. Have a read at my other post about the place. Girls there are more catered towards the Thai/Asian taste where they are paler skin and a bit more of that googly eyed and face made up look. Might be more to your liking than the usual bars in Patong.

Some bars in Soi Thannya are for Japanese only. Also some good Japanese restaurants (one called sushi tshusiki or something like that, nearly opposite Thannya building), and a lot of golfshops in Thannya building.
In Phuket, some girls in Rock Hard try to look Japanese and prefer to go wih them... good money and ST, so several in an evening

Try living in one of the condos On Tangling road behind Clark quay in Singapore, thats where most Japanese expats live. Since Japs struggle with English, I will help if you speak Japanese.
